Hi eweryone. You must have a memory card with FreeMCBoot. And you have to install GSM program in it. Then you can adjust the OPL interface resolution from the settings menu of the program called OPL (openloader). As it allows different resolutions for each game. You have to choose the resolution for each game separately. You will have to go to the game settings menu, open the GSM tab from here, and select different resolution values for each game (which looks best for you or what the game supports). Don't forget to log out by saving the settings. I hope I was able to help. Have fun.
It is not fair to compare your HDMI converter with AV cable (RBG signal), since your HDMI converter is actually using the YPbPr signal. A fair comparison would be comparing your HDMI converter to a component cable which also uses the YPbPr signal.
@@jnkn3497 Anything above 720 is HD. Component is better than RGB (composite). Component can do 480p, while RGB can only do 480i. There is a huge difference in picture quality, as component looks sharp and crisp. To explain this further, Gran Turismo 4 is one of the two PS2 games to output picture quality at 1080i. To get 1080i you need a 1080 native resolution TV (duh!) and a component cable (YPbPr). You gotta be careful and research these adapters and upscalers, as some of them only do 480i and not 480p. Look even more crisp if you just use your as cables and get a crt television’ a crt tv prob cost as much as that cable assembly and you’d get a beautiful better picture natively

Have other 2 of this adapters none work on this one PS2. Have another 2 PS2 other fat and other slim both work perfectly with all adapters so may be the console? Thanks for any support, cheers!
