+leo lion yeah probably over 30's, but I'm sure there would be something youtube showing the original. oh it says 1984 so i guess you would have to be at least 36+
Man, take me back to then. Wasn't worried about girls or cars, was just living the dream on my Redline. The scene of eating with your bike next to you... I would go entire summers without wearing a shirt. Wake up. Shorts, shoes, bike, $5 in my pocket and gone!
The remember it so much makes me cry my friends! this video it´s a beautifull gift, is remember greatest days from the childhoods, when the life just happiness, no rules, just enjoyments. The times pass away, but the feelings will be untouchable, I continues play with my bike, thanks! bmx bandits rules! from Argentina
This was absolutely amazing! Excellent filming and creative idea! Seriously... words cannot describe how much I enjoyed this video. I was surprised at the end when I exited full screen and saw that it wasn't even a 7 minute long video because every second was so captivating that I thought i had just watched a 24 minute short movie. The phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words," could not be more at home than it is in this comment. Very good job of story telling without using words/exposition.
Just found this today. BMX Bandits was one of my favorites as a little kid in the 80's. Had a Blue BMX myself and always wanted to take it down a water slide...for some reason. :). This was a great tribute.
I used to watch rad and go out riding trails in elementary school some of the best times of my life I kept riding for 15 years. I love this video legendary
A proper tribute to the bmx years we enjoyed growing up in the sport. A massive tip of the hat to 'Bmx Bandits'. What a hoot! Probably the best bmx edit that will ever be made, purely for the fun factor and the smile it put on my face. Well done to the whole crew - you nailed it! (If anyone hasn't seen the 'Behind the Scenes' vid for this, check it out - it explains a lot and is a great wee film in it's own right...).
i started riding bmx in 1991 with a friend of mine in elementary school. but i watched rad and other movies when i was younger than that. awesome video
Man, this video is one of the greatest things ever done for BMX! It's an awesome tribute to what I believe is the very first BMX movie ever. I wonder if Nicole has ever seen this...
Bmx bandits was an awesome movie. So glad my dad introduced me to it as a kid. Goose, PJ, and Judy were the best. It's free to watch on RUclips right now or do like I did and but the DVD. Awesome video!!!
Awesome video! The story line reminds me of the movie BMX bandits with Nicole Kidman. This video took me back to the early 90s when me and my friends all had GT bicycles. We rode all over the place and jumped all sorts of crazy stuff on those bikes. Thankfully I still have my 92' GT Pro Freestyle Tour and I don't think I could ever sell it. Maybe one day I will restore it back to its former glory. Thanks for the memories.
I've watched rad since I was like 5 years old before it was the BMX novelty it is now. none of my friends new WTF I was talking about but this is a good reminder of it! so sick
Great done ! I even know the Original Movie - because I am so old....:)))) I still love riding BMX. Just bought a new retro one from Haro of 1987....and did some own stuff to make it lighter.....(I am born in 1969)
Slightly before my time the film, but within my memory given the repeats. I was so disapointed in lockdown when I considered getting a bike to relive the late 80s/early 90s to discover that they have changed so much and the old school bikes are a small fortune. I didn't get one :)
How many people hear are actually old enough to remember BMX bandits? I think the reference may get lost on a few..
This was brilliant!
+leo lion yeah probably over 30's, but I'm sure there would be something youtube showing the original. oh it says 1984 so i guess you would have to be at least 36+
I'm 23 and I saw it when I was younger bitches
ooh timetraveller!!
i'm 18 but have seen that movie
I'm 18 and I know it! bmx is my life really
Man, take me back to then. Wasn't worried about girls or cars, was just living the dream on my Redline. The scene of eating with your bike next to you... I would go entire summers without wearing a shirt. Wake up. Shorts, shoes, bike, $5 in my pocket and gone!
Sounds good to me , just ordered a GT pro performer in chrome
