I made liver but it was tough. So i will definitely use your methode with the vinegar and milk. And marinade it overnight. This looks delicious. Thanx for sharing Fatima. Awesome 👍

My parents use to use either vinegar or I'll buy never together. I've never use it myself. But I will try this time. With all my meats I soak in water to remove all impurities
Hi Fatima. I've tried your recipe yesterday. But first of all I would like to know, do you rinse off the vinegar and milk before baking the liver and also when the liver is coated with the flour mixture, why does'nt the flour stick to the liver while baking, mine stays behind in the pan.
Amazing, the only thing I wasn't doing to my liver was adding the vinegar...learned a new thing. Thank you for the incredible stuff you make.

In my experience and having read about it, the only easy way is to (a) take a deep breathe and (b) say to yourself "Be patient, it is worth it"
