It's a real labour of love that takes the right sort of owner. So often this level of love and dedication is reserved only for the more exotic specification of car.
Thanks mate, yeah it’s had actually more work done. I just briefly spoke through. She is my absolute pride and joy and (although base spec, near enough) I absolutely love her to bits.
Thanks for the interview Mark, fame at last! I really like a small car with all the luxury boxes ticked like the Clio and that Brava is stunning in green. Who doesn’t like a 306, in any guise they handled well. I did hear about the lack of a wheel arch liner meant the rot set in easily, fair play to the owner for saving it!
You are welcome Simon. The French have a talent for both luxury and making odd ball cars that are too niche to ever be a commercial success. It's a wonder that spec Clio was ever built but I'm glad that it was. Peugeot made some great drivers cars out of even the most everyday cars.
Great that all these cars are loved & cherished, because they have disappeared from our roads. Lovely mk3 Polo & I do love a merc 190, Clio were clever little cars. Ooh I wanted a mk 3 SRi cavalier, manager had a 2.0 GL & I enjoyed ragging that, Engineering manager had a Rover 216 vitesse with leather, neighbour had same colour Brava & credit to the owner of the 306 for saving it & doing such a great job.
You are absolutely right. Cars like these are so often not seen as economical repairs but each and everyone of the cars featured here is deserving of it's place on the road.
I’m the 306 owner, thank you for the lovely comment. It’s been a lot of work into it and without the help of my best friend, I wouldn’t have the confidence to do it.
That lovely white Polo, looks really good on the ABT Bodykit. Just seen the latest post from Alastair on the little Clio that he has made it home, us Scots do love a good roadtrip! Do like the colour and spec of this little Clio, it really looks a lovely car to be in and drive. Good to see Matty from Matty Cars, I met Matty last year at Joseph's social in the lake district. Great to see Craig's 306, been following this 306 on the socials, it really is a lovely looking 306. You are really are spoiling us with another part to come Mark.
Thanks Davy. The next part will probably be a bit shorter as I was late to the party with the concourse arena. Even your part of Scotland will be a fair drive for Alistair with the Clio but who knows you may see the Clio or the Polo.at one of the events in Scotland at some point.
Fair play to Craig for saving that 306 I’ve seen it on Facebook but didn’t realise it needed all that work to get it like it is now

Thanks for the little interview. The Polo GL got me back home safe in Scotland. Keep up the great videos! Andy
Thanks Andy.
I really appreciate your feedback and also taking the time for an interview. Good to hear the Polo got you back home safely.
