I was gonna go with 2 54ah lithium but now I'm glad I went with 100ah batteries. Nothing worse than spending that much money and still being under charged. Excellent videos
Do you need to disconnect the jumper between the batteries when charging or is it ok the charge the batteries while jumped to 24v? I’ve been disconnecting the jumper wire but want to mount the charger permanent.
I have the NoCo 2 bank for my Terrova and a Minnkota 2 bank for my house and Cranking battery. All lead acid. Love them smart chargers!! Had a Dual Pro go bad in one year, I don't recommend those
Hey Mike, I was wondering if charging the boat battery up when hooked up still to the motor back feeds when being charged? Meaning messing up the wiring by getting hot? I found some burnt wires coming off the regulator/rectifier that I respliced.
Good video Michael. I was wondering if you might have considered that when you were testing the Lead versus Lithium batteries in the previous video. That possibly the charger was the culprit and was not fully charging the batteries. The rate of loss on the lead batteries and Lithium batteries seems extremely high the second day. Cheers
24v motor on 54ah batteries and you got 4.5 hours....id say thats pritty dang good haha most folks run 100ah, unless your in a kayak then the 54ah are great

Great stuff, that NOCO charger looks like it's well worth the money. I really like the simple setup and plug and go!

I will certainly keep an eye out for that problem. Thanks for watching
I Have the Genpro 10x2 that works very well..
I have one of those too. Thanks for watching
And also its not for Lithium Ion (Li-ion) like stated at 13:00, its for Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries as stated by noco
thanks for the info., and thanks for watching
I have 2 marine batteries connected together. Will this charge both batteries with one bank or do I need to put another bank on other battery????
It's one bank per battery.
Good video Michael.

Great point! and yes in an up coming video I talk to that point. Thanks for watching
Can I just connect it come back the next day ? And disconnect it ?
I leave mine on the NOCO all winter. they are designed to do that.
Explain 12 volt charger on 24volt battery system. U need to disconnect the negative, positive cable to separate them back to 12volt
I will do that on an up coming video, good question
No you don't have to separate them to charge. You just put your charger on as you would normally do for each battery.
