This guy is a true Pro. It was literally just 4 plays over 40+ yards. Some of which should have never happened because of terrible terrible calls by the refs. Michigan won but they would NEVER BEAT US again this year.

As a Michigan fan, I have to agree. We really had the refs on our side and you guys did a great job stopping our run. Just a couple big plays and the refs vouching for us was why we won.

You conveniently omit that Michigan ran the ball 46 times. The 3 big runs are inexcusable, but we held them under 3.1 yards per carry on the other 43 carries. For context, Texas allowed Michigan to run for 3.5 yards per carry. We should be able to win any game where the defense gives up 21 points, period.

Forget Tex game! M has a whole new starting O line & coaching staff! Be mid season bef M gets any O going! 3 stud QBs at M starting nxt yr. Not close to 2/3 yr Joe Moore award O lines of past 3 yrs and yr "vastly" improved D? gave up 160 yrds to a converted LBer! And 300 yrds in total and the SC brain surgeons as the grt Jim Healy labeled them, knew all they cld do was run!!! Yr lucky Wisc has 2nd yr coach and lost their starting QB.
It's the game to game physical pounding in Big plus bad cold weather Nov yr finesse teams will struggle with.

This guy is a textbook example of what great coaching can do. If a player takes to the coaching and works on his technique over and over, he will gain confidence and trust in his play and can show it on the field. We may not have all the big names on defense but we have some dogs out there putting in work. I’m loving it!
Classy guy and tremendous player. Glad we have him.

Him and Gavin have been absolute studs for USC this year!
