This Podcast was soo wholesome and Malvika is insanely authentic. She is soo soo powerful and Amazing that I have to sit and write this comment for her. The amount of self work she has done and the way she is standing strong after each and every obstacle of her life is truely commendable. If Authenticity has a Name it is Malvika. She empowers me a lot to be a stronger girl. I just want to say Thank you soo sooo much to Malvika for so much wisdom and empowerment. Rooting for all the amazing Females out there! Thank you shivani for this wholesome Interview.

i am so in love with this interview and it feels so relatable in so many ways. i love when people have the confidence and awareness to actually talk about the bad things in life and how they managed to get out of it. i don't think they realise but there are so many of us who need this sort of content i mean what might become a ray of light, an inspiration for somebody who is struggling, you never know. i love how she expresses everything and even things that she feels are not right in herself and the acceptance and awareness to work on it and change it for nobody but herself. we need more such people, more such conversations. More Power to Her. Her baby is going to be so lucky to have such a self aware parent. Lots of Love ❤❤❤❤

The fact that she still talks about the good memories with her dad so fondly shows how balanced she is as a person. It is so easy to talk trash about someone who has wronged you, but she continues to see the good times as they were instead of painting them in bad light. So inspiring, Malvika!

The day I randomly found Malvika's separation video, only after watching the first few minutes my heart dropped. Even though i haven't been following her for a long time probably years, just knowing the fact that she is going through a pregnancy & separation, my heart was wrenching for her. I just couldn't watch that video. It took me another 2-3 days to make myself sit though that and oh boy, each couple of mins of that video was another surprise and more deeper wound. I am not married, neither do I have a baby but as a woman i know what she went through is our biggest nightmare. No one ever in their worst of dreams ever wants this to happen all at once. Mals was living the nightmare with a smile on her face. I cried for her. This woman is the epitome of courage and strength. I don't know how she's even able to speak about it without breaking down, I could never. As someone who struggled mentally and was in depression, what she said is 100% fact. Only you can pull yourself out of the mess, it takes a lot of self love to understand that you're the only one who can fight for yourself and pull u through. It takes a lot of courage to realise only you can bring the change in your life and no one else is responsible for how you're feeling. Hats off to her will power, i am so so proud of her.

Hi Shivani! I follow Mals from a long time, but this video connected me to at a different level. I want to thank you for bringing this unfiltered version of a woman's journey. It's so difficult to say it out loud that I am not okay and then also buck up to do the self work and make a change. Take charge of our own lives. Takes courage, takes resilience and takes patience. Cheers to all those lovely ladies who choose themselves and be unapologetically kind first to themselves and then exude that to people around them. As @Malvika said - Fill your own cup first and then pour out for others.

20 minutes into the video and I had t pause to comment. Being a content creator it takes so much guts to share the not so glamorous part of your life and look at her. Heavily pregnant, in the middle of moving houses, dealing with her own separation and her mom's but here she is looking like a million bucks and letting her thoughts flow so freely. The inner work she's done already is so inspiring. Her life seems like a movie from where I stand- somewhat like pursuit of happyness. I can't wait to see her happy ending where she and her baby have made it!
Thank you so much for bringing us this. :)

I dont understand the concept of renting a 4bhk, having lavish vacations in first class air tickets, buying luxury cars but never investing in buying a house because "Mumbai is expensive" - the first thing anyone should do if they are living in Mumbai and want to continue living here is to invest in your own home - people don't invest in assets but liabilities this is what happens...I know people would say oh but she can move apartments and live in a dream house of her own.. its not convenient to keep moving places every 2-3 years unless you have a transferable job or something..the lesson one needs to learn here is also that they never invested in assets which is why the riches to rags story - I think this is also what she meant when she said her father had bad habits due to which they suddenly shot up to wealth. Crony means of survival don't always work if you do not have reliable assets and liquidity of the same to fall back upon. Seeing that she has a baby on the way it will be better for her to finally buy an apartment.. doesn't matter if it's a 1bhk or mansion - during tough times your assets help you and how..you can't even mortgage your house against a loan cos you don't own a house..I hope Malvika if you're reading this you don't do the same mistake that your dad did and actually invest smartly in the future.

It is so therapeutic to listen to her talks ❤️ I'm not a big fan of vlogger or something, but I see her vlogs just to hear her talk. That is amazingly good ❤. Love her so much. More power to you Mals ❤

Self work is so important and that only happens if you are aware of the smallest things you are experiencing. Every time you said it might be controversial.....its NOT. I really felt so happy that there's someone like you who's heard my inner voice. So, Thank you so much for inspiring and sharing your journey. Lots of love and courage to you Malvika ❤

31.42 I say it very proudly as a flight attendant myself we never say mask on the child first , we always say in the Public Announcement be it in Hindi or English “doosro ki sayahta karne se pehle apna mask pehenle “ which means “wear ur mask first before assisting others” and that applies even for infants & children.

This was the most refreshing podcast and interview I have ever watched!!! Malvika, I loved your views on so much that was spoken about in this and how unafraid you were to say things as they were. Your baby is going to have the best mom, because she has unlocked something that not many dare to do... and you both are going to be showered with all that you've been stripped off of, and so so much more. 🥰💖
Sending you so much love for the rest of your pregnancy, healing journey, motherhood... and I hope that, first and foremost, YOU never stop loving yourself!!! 🥰💫
P.S. Shivani, thank you so much for bringing this to us, and for creating a safe space for Malvika to share what she did so openly. 🥰🤗

It’s nice to see you doing so well. I hate that fact when people say what other people are going to say about your situation, it’s your journey and they’re not part of it once you realize it’s only your path and you don’t think about other people that’s it, that’s when you start to live your life. I agree with you on that no matter how much support you get from your loved ones but you still feel alone because nobody can take away your pain, it’s your own journey to heal. You will come out of this difficult situation because you’re a strong woman 👩 ❤

Mal's is always an amazing therapist...like she just puts up all the things she's going through into words in a raw and real way, without hiding anything like literally anything...that sorts of helps all of us when we go through a situation like that...that is when we understand the situation and try to go through and deal with it...forever greatful and love you Mal's🤍Thank you so much Shivani for making this happen and we get to hear and take so much from this almost 1 hour solid podcast✨

I have so so much love for this woman right here…shes in so many ways like me and the fact that she normalized so many taboo topics is just so amazingly empowering to every woman out there. She is the epitome of a empowered self made woman that i have come to greatly respect and love. More power to you mals for everything you have been through and still learning to heal yourself as well as others on this journey of love, loss, sadness and healing. I hope there are better days coming for you and i hope you know how loved and admired you are. A QUEEN THAT DOESNT LET HER CROWN SLIP.
