Incredible! Quick breakfast ready in a few minutes! Today we are going to make best Ukrainian breakfast. In Ukraine we called it Syrniki - Ukrainian Cheese Pancakes

Syrniki Recipe (Ukrainian Cheese Pancakes)
500 g cottage cheese or you could use well-drained ricotta cheese.
2 large eggs
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp semolina or you could use all purpose flour
a pinch of salt
Mix everything together so that the ingredients are well combined but try not to over-mix
Dust a clean work surface with some flour.
shape into thick pancakes
preheat oil in a large pan over medium heat
Cook on medium-low heat for about 4-5 minutes
until each side is golden brown
Serve with sour cream or a jam of your choice

Both, depending on the topping. I'd go bacon, fried onion and sour cream with a dash of cold cottage cheese on the side. And salt.
