Does that number guide also work the same for the front of the t-shirt or do you have a tutorial on how to use the number guide for the front of the t-shirt

Please can I ask advise as this will be my 1st time. What size of lettering and a number 19 underneath would you recommend? Any tips for placing a design (small #) on the back of the shirt below the collar? Tried it out today and had a little issue I guess with the pressure on both collars. Tried a 2 or 3 inch number with the cut out as if it were the lines on a basketball.

I never tried to do names or numbers. I think I need one of the number guides, I already have two of the t shirt guides.
It also works for hoodies.
