Very good. Two other general observations:
People with autoimmune issues have low D 25hydroxy. Supplement D3 and get tested.
Most are iodine/iodide deficient which results in low thyroid and associated problems. Add deficient selenium and add hashimotos.
Our commercial food supply is void of nutrients. Lack of magnesium heart issues. Lack of zinc prostate issues.
Do a root cause analysis of nutrients and vitamins. See a naturopath. Doctors only know symptoms and differential diagnosis and give you a drug. This doctor is rare.

You think eating calf or beef liver could fix all these lack of nutrients without having to swallow tons of pill supplements daily? Thanks!!

How does refined sugar effect autoimmune disease? I know it depletes health, and want to encourage my spouse to avoid sugar for their MS symptoms. Your linked video on salt's effect on autoimmune was very succinct, thank you.

Insulin spikes due to excess refine sugars can be a trigger for autoimmunity.

Thank you for this great information. My Dr. never-ever went into dept what you have told me in this vid! unfortunately, I can atest that if you fall back into your old habits the worse the disease gets. Today I change for the better because I was well informed by you!

I have hashimoto’s and have for over 30 years ... I know I probably have rheumatoid arthritis... the pain dear God ! But I won’t go to rheumatologist because those meds are poison ! I stopped eating inflammatory foods .... just takes the edge off .....Sleep? What’s that .... haven’t had a full night since menopause....lol. No dr ever tried to help me figure out why .... they just hand out synthroid for my hashimoto’s ... thank you for your vids they are very informative

You can do other things to help . Check out qigong , yoga , meditation. Therapy . Fasting Look at what’s not working in your life , what you need to let go of . This stuff has helped me in a long journey with autoimmune . More extreme but helpful is Kambo medicine from a trustworthy practitioner

Great video, nice and simple structure. I am seeing more and more people with a range of autoimmune phenomena post covid v, from fleeting Raynaud's fingers to autoimmune cytopenias. Also what appear to be first incidence, that may be due to chronic hidden inflammation. Generally hidden markers such as interleukins aren't tested for, these might cause it. Hyperimmunisation symptoms have been reported for about 2-3 months before people re-appear with various visible symptoms such as rash. Then a year later more serious symptoms start, like joint aches. Should never have been rolled out in a blind manner as it was done. Many people out there will have developed disease now and be unaware of it for some time yet to come.

I'm 27 years old in November, I had a baby 22m ago . My first. I was sick with ebv as a kid. But flare up again recently. I have been sick since March. Found out I have fatty liver. Positive ana. 1:1280. Speckled .. haven't seen my Dr again but the nurse said it looks like lupus, sjrogens or an overlap. . I just had tonsils and adneoids removed as well due to complications with them.. as soon as I'm able to go to Dr again I will for autoimmune diagnosis.. we have family members with other autoimmune disease.. I am worried my baby could have something.

I just started doing botox for my vestibular migraine (7 years of suffering) its the only thing that helped me but since i got covid in january 2021 i had a pericarditis after and i got tired, got rosacea, hair loss,... My thyroid was ok i even had an echo there was nothing but just after my botox injection i felt like needles pricking in my head for 1 months i didn't get this type of reaction after but after 4 session (30 injection of botox every 3 months) my tsh dropped i have both anti bodies my doctor think its gonna be hashimoto but i have to wait 1 month to check again. I have all the symptoms and more i think because all my articulation are cracking and hurt sometime Do you think i can still get botox injection or is it going to make my hashimoto or even other autoimmune disease that i might have more active? Please i really need an honest opinion. (sorry for my english im french)
