Wonderful trip! There's nothing like riding on a Goldwing: comfort, power, and smooth riding :)

Beautiful scenery. Good to see you treat your lovely wife to that nice hotel. I've travelled a lot of that area on ski trips but I think the summer views are even nicer.

Great video. My wife and I switched to a GoldWing 1800 a few years ago. For long trips there's just nothing like it. Total comfort.

I’m 62, have a 2001 wing with 114,000 miles on her. Runs like new, great bike! Loved the scenery!

Very nice! I was 60 when I bought my first Wing. Two years ago. ZERO regrets! I subscribed. Nice job with the video.

I was a little disappointed you didn’t mention hardly a word about your new gold wing… But, after viewing the unbelievable scenery, I completely forgot about the theme 👍. Wow, those views and the hotel! Wow 🤗👍🤗😎

We are of similar age and on our 2nd FJR. My wife has developed some Sciatica issues and we are starting to look toward a Goldwing. I was explaining to a Harley buddy of mine that I didn't know if I was ready for a Goldwing, he responded, "You have a grey beard, get over it"..... Thanks for the video, very helpful. I'll go look for additional episodes.

      Hi
We had an FJR too and we purchased a Goldwing for basically the same reason.
I wasn’t able to ride more than an hour before having to stop and stretch my legs and back. Plus Amanda would be complaining about her butt aching.
We can easily ride the wing for 3 to 4 hours at a time no problem at all. It’s like an arm chair compared to the FJR. It takes a while to adjust to all that weight but trust me, you can still have fun in the twisties.

Good for you! I’ve been riding a ST1300 since ‘05. Just ordered my first full touring 2023 GW. I made it to 71 . Been riding since I was 9. You’re smart to switch early. I’ve done the Tylenol thing for a while! Live long and ride a lot ✌️

Congratulations on the Brand New Wing.
Likewise been riding since the age of 10 and because I’ve abused my body with bikin, snowmobiling and skiing I just couldn’t ride a sports bike anymore.
Fully intend on riding into my 70 too.
Thanks for the comment, much appreciated.

I'm 72 and have been thinking of swapping my Africa Twin AS for a GW so it comes to us all. 😂

Superb! We absolutely love Canada and we can’t wait to explore it more. We actually did a road trip through Canada in 2012 before moving to the US which solidified our decision to move over the pond. Thanks for the tour…..we have these places in our notes!

I just traded my superglide custom for a gold wing. I’ll miss the Harley but I was finding excuses not to ride it - hopefully will get more use out of the wing.

      Hi Foxy
I had a Yamaha FJR 1300 for years and was finding it too uncomfortable to ride long distances. So I sold it and a friend suggested getting a Wing.
We never thought we’d be riding a Wing but now absolutely love it.
Just got a new Ultimate Seat for it and that is even more comfortable that the standard seat.

This came up in my feed... I totalled my ST1300 last summer (wasn't hurt) and am looking at getting a usesd Goldwing. How does RUclips know that lol... anyway, will follow along with your Goldwing rides.

Totally understand, getting old sucks. That said we started out in November on the Carnivore diet and we feel so much better.
Not as many aches and pains.

Ceeo q te has equivocado al presentar tu video, es mejor q dediques tu tiempo en hacer videos turísticos , x q de moto no tiene nada. Analiza primero lo q presentas .
