These are great Easter Eggs and I never noticed them! However one Easter Egg that I DID notice was a really deep-cut one. At the Flight Control Platform, the two Rito who run the minigame are named Obli and Willi. Based on the Nintendo Gallery descriptions of those two, it turns out they're not actually Rito. They're humans dressed up in Rito costumes since they love the idea of flying so much. You can tell since they don't actually have beaks and look like they're wearing giant fake noses. Anyways, I'm 99% sure this is a reference to the two gentlemen who built and flew the world's first motor-operated airplane: Orville and Wilbur Wright. Obli even has a gigantic moustache just like Orville did.

For April Fools, you should make a video called “Zelda References & Easter Eggs in The Legend of Zelda” (Zelda 1) and just have it be the intro, then outro.
Edit: A better idea is to just say a bunch of redundant stuff. "In Zelda 1, you can find two large stone formations in Death Mountain. These are very similar to a similar formation which appeared in Zelda 1, and has come to be known as Spectacle Rock."

Additionally, the three godess statues themselves are a reference to another series: The statue with red eyes has a nose, the one with blue eyes has a mouth, and the one with yellowish green eyes has pointed ears. This references the Pikmin games, with the Red, Blue and Yellow pikmin having the same respective features setting them apart.

1:10 ---> "Seahats are enemies from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. A seafaring variety of Peahats, they hover off the coast of several islands throughout the Great Sea. They tend to congregate in packs and will attack anything that enters their territory."
9:35 ---> The statues could loosely reference pikmin...
(From left to right: Red Pikmin (Nose) / Blue Pikmin (Gills/Mouth) / Yellow Pikmin (Ears)
10:10 ---> I have to disagree with everything, except for Link's sisters name to even be close to "Marin..."

7:05 Well, actually, there is something similar IRL. Banana flavour used in things as candy, cake, juice and ice cream is actually the taste a extinct banana species had. Since those went extinct, different kinds of banana (the kinds we eat today) are being produced, but for before mentioned treats, they still use a synthetic flavour based on that extinct species.

    Brand New Theory Idea:
No one seems to have any definite idea who the ancient Zonai race were in Breath of the Wild--in spite of the many theories suggesting they were Twili, the Interlopers, Skyloftians, etc. BUT, I've come across a reference in another game that is almost indisputably referring to this group.
In Four Swords Adventures, the Desert of Doubt region is home to the Gerudos, but also another group: THE ZUNA TRIBE.
There's no doubt in my mind that the name "Zonai" is derived from "Zuna" in Four Swords Adventures. Too many other closely named parallels in Breath of the Wild already exist (Rudania/Darunia; Nabooris/Nabooru; Mekar/Makar; etc.) for this to be a coincidence.
The Zuna in Four Swords Adventures are a race of Middle Eastern-like, green-skinned beings who were known for having built ancient pyramids and other structures found in that game. While there does not seem to be a ton of detailed information about their history in this game, it is by far the most direct reference I've seen anywhere in Zelda to the Zonai in Breath of the Wild.
    (See zelda.gamepedia.com/Zuna)
A theory on this could explore questions like: Why did the Zuna/Zonai build these pyramids? Could they still be connected to some of the other theorized groups like the Interlopers/Ancient Ones? What implications might their familiarity with the Ganondorf of Four Swords Adventures have for the alleged Zonai runes present in the Breath of the Wild 2 trailer, and for the sequel as a whole?

2:36 Does it? We don't know for sure which races of Hyrule can(not) crossbreed with each other...
I am a little sad that you didn't cover my favorite reference in the game:
When King Daphnos fuses Tetra's Pendant and the part of the Triforce of Wisdom he had been holding onto the beginning of A Link to the Past's theme plays. Which I LOVE. Why? Just think about what happens in the scene. A literal Link to the Past is established and they play this theme in particular. That's amazing. Especially since the reference isn't that obvious to the japanese devs given the different title.

Saria is my favorite Zelda, OoT character. She is a Sage of Forest. So does Ruto, as of Sage of Water. They should appeared in Zelda: Wind Waker. Princess Ruto should replace Laruto and she teaches Link (along with Medli, the Sage of Earth), and Saria should replace Fado and she will also teaches Link (along with Makar, the Sage of Wind) two new melodies to gain access to two new dungeons in the later part of the game. Saria and Princess Ruto should appeared in Zelda: Breath of The Wild.

I just wanted to tell you about a localisation oddity: the rito have always been called "orni" in the German versions of the games they've appeared in. To my knowledge, this word has no particular meaning. What's strange is that other names haven't changed, just adjusted to fit in grammatically; Gorons are called "Goronen", Hylians are "Hylianer", Zoras are still "Zoras", the Geruro are still "gerudo", etc. I don't know why they decided to rename the rito.

    • @Onisasu

I don't know if this counts, but the Rito people are bird-like, and sit on a volcanic island just east of the middle of the map of Hyrule. I've wondered for a long time whether they might also be sitting on top of the Great Palace, which was in the middle of volcanic mountains and a huge lava field, and had those eagle knights and fire-spewing birds everywhere, not to mention the Thunderbird boss.

Although the Wind Gods Aria and the Earth Gods Lyric make up the main theme of the game, I would argue that they are not the main songs in the Wind Waker, far from it in fact, I would suggest that the Wind's Requiem is the main song comparable to Zelda's Lullaby/Song of Healing - I'd even throw the Song of Time in there as the main songs.

That's EXACTLY what I first thought of when I watched that part! LMHO!

@@outlawscar3328 you haven't seen Star Wars Episode 4 in a while, have you? On Tattooine, the milk looks blue. Just a little joke.

Hi, might not fit to the video but i found something weird about 20 meters directly south of the Mo-Ratania Shrine in BotW, you might want to take a look at it. It's a weird pile of dirt that differs in it's textures compared to it's sorrounding with something that looks like a palmfruit in it that cannot be picked up. Weird, because there are no palmtrees even near of that place.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think Baito, the intern for Koboli in the post office, may be a reference to the trading post’s part-time worker in Majora’s Mask.

One more thing not mentioned in the video: although its not a reference to another Zelda game, the 3 goddess statues represent the 3 main pikmin types. Din's has a nose, like the red pikmin. Nayru's has a mouth, like blue. Farore's has ears, like yellow.
