- I made a KKwabaegi using flour and glutinous rice flour.
It is a Korean snack.
It is soft, sweet and chewy.
It tastes like you make it yourself at home and eat it when it's hot!
It tastes really sweet.^^
[Ingredients for making pretzel: about 11 pieces]
Strong flour 200g, glutinous rice flour 100g, sugar 30g, salt 4g, yeast 8g, milk or water 140g, 1 egg, butter 40g
Sugar, cinnamon powder, cooking oil
