@@Mr_Anderson_one yes but don't worry i fixed it, turns out I didn't apply the inside texture to the entire model, now everything works perfectly, thank you so much!
PLEASE help! i did all the steps and my character gets the same live outlines! but when i render he gets all in black color! not how he appeared on the workspace screen!!!???? Thank you so much!
sketch and toon is slower, can't see preview and many times doesn't work as I expect but I use both of these I think if you can solve the problem with animation that you mentioned, this method is better
I was hoping this would work with Redshift materials but it doesn't.
Clever way for toon shading style
Toon shader is the best method to do that especially when you are dealing with a rigged character
how? When i use toon shader it is ugly as fuck, is there any way to disable everything except the outline?
need help, the model with the actual textures appears covered in grey dots when it's inside the outline, how do i solve it?
happens only when i render
Are you using the Standard renderer?

What render engine are you using? Standard?
Create Material -> Alpha Channel -> Texture -> Effects -> Normal Direction

And then apply the material. This is for standard render engine. Others might have different solutions to this. :)
@@Mr_Anderson_one Thanks a lot for the response! yes exactly standard render!
@@Mr_Anderson_one Man i don't know how to thank you! it works perfectly fine 😀😀😀😀😀 Thanks a lot! and keep the great work! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Clever method but takes more time for rendering
Thank u for share ♥
You're welcome 😊
What is the program version?
in this video probably r23
why not just use sketch and toon? With this method you will have issues with animations (like if you have IK/skin deformation)

Sketch and Toon sometimes work not properly, depends on angle of camera ETC
how do you open the viewport setting??
Sorry for the late reply, but for me it's Shift + V. You can also see that shortcut being used in the video in the little black box :)
thnx
You're welcome!
