  • This recipe is beyond easy and all done to personal taste: don't like veggies? then don't use any. like different veggies? then choose what you like. how little vs how much to use is pretty much your choice as well.
I started out with a pound of turkey chop meat, I cut up a few carrots, bell pepper, some onion & garlic, celery. The mix also included some breadcrumbs soaked in milk, an egg to help everything bind and my favorite Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute herb mix along with some salt and fresh ground pepper.
Mix it all together, form into a log and place in an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes - and Viola!

Hi Folks! I love some great turkey although I am not big on ground up turkey! Oh but you've really got me going on this
super-duper turkey vegetable breadcrumb meatloaf with the Trader Joes 21 seasoning ensemble along with baked
potato and broccoli! Damn, that sounds so good!! I looked up the TJ's 21 salute seasoning and I must say that it is a
very good seasoning combination especially when working with a bird that ended up going through a grinder. I am
seriously considering making that nice recipe oh say about 10 days from now to try and get my edge back! At the same
time, I've got a counter type brand new oven to try out too and so this will be a new for me go-to! Thank-you Margarette
and John for sharing! I was actually anticipating John to just start smacking his lips and start growling since the meal
preparation was pretty bodacious and spot on!
