Asked to describe the style sensibility that has made him a leading authority in contemporary menswear, Mr Kissi replies, "It's sometimes Afro-dandyism, sometimes mod, sometimes punk, with a touch of prep, a touch of Americana, and a touch of urban." And the final part of the formula? Rolled-up trousers. "I roll up everything, unless it's tuxedo trousers or something more formal."

Very very very personalized style that looks great on him. A true piece of art. Probably only would look good in him but I think that's a great thing not a bad thing!

I have a feeling that it's a Loft Style Apt. Alot of "Creative Folks" live in places like that. Fashion Designers, Graphic Designers, Artists etc. They always have a "Spot" to do their work. New York is so diversified for Fashion.

must disagree. it all makes totally sense, in every way - the african herritage, new york as a melting pot and urban influence, the slight dandyism etc.. he totally lives this and wears it with pride. most of the time its not what you wear, but how you wear it...
