Capcom sacrificed game play, plot and essence for a style that while impressive, removed the suspense for the sake of action, a plot take that was taken out of any Michael Bay movie you can name and a matter of mediocrity. Even with VII they wound up failing to deliver and as for the two "Remakes" 2 was a mess and 3's was a result of the blind masses letting them get away with the former. So believe it or not - not every Resident Evil fan appreciates what's become of the series - which has long since fallen.

It all started with Jill and Chris… and now, Jill has become one of the most gorgeous and badass female characters in this franchise along with Claire and Ada. I love Jill a lot because her entire character gives me confidence against my foes in any Resident Evil game, the way she is so brave in every Resident Evil game from the originals to the RE1 remake and RE3 remake. RE3 remake wasn’t perfect but one thing for sure is that Capcom nailed improving on her badass vibe in both RE1 remake and RE3 remake! "Bitch can’t even swim" was so iconic to say, especially to the Nemesis himself. I love her confidence and her energy, it really gives the character life!
