I did this lovely breathwork practice outside on a Cornish hill overlooking the sea in the early morning. Feeling the gentle breeze and listening to your voice with bird song as my soundtrack was magical! Thank you George. I missed a few practices in the week but will be going back to them. Thank you for sharing these tools with us 🙏🏻
