The feel you get from this song is what it was like to be a teenager in the early 80's. What a fantastic time. It's a shame what has happened to this country since then.
Yes that is Franke with an E singing. He is a phenomenal singer. He is way underrated as a singer. He wrote Time of my Life and Hungry Eyes for Dirty Dancing and won an Oscar for Time of my Life. The bass player Leigh has been with Blondie since then. I talk to Franke on social media (we follow each other). He is a sweetie.

It is sad to see very few comments in this song. Actually, I love this band as a AOR fan, their Making the Point album was fantastic. Definitely a must-listen for AOR fans. ❤️❤️❤️ His voice is incredible as well. It is frustrating not being able to see the bands such as this one nowadays.

Franke Previte!! He also wrote "The time of my life" from the smash movie "Dirty Dancing", and many other great songs. He is a very well known song writer!! Born and bread NJ guy too.
The footage of Franke and The Knockouts was of their very live performance on the show Fridays. Sweetheart is one of my all time favourites!

Frankie got his great range from his parents they were opera singers. He went on to write the hit song from "Dirty Dancing " time off my life". I think won a Emmy or something like that.

Frankie was underrated love Mickie Thomas too bad he never got proper credit for "Fouled around and fell in Love".
