Thanks for this helpful video. I love it when people fix their ex cars and show people what has broken because it’s extremely helpful. Have you had any other problems besides the arms e.g. maybe diffs or spur and pinion or anything like that? Thanks for the video your video is very helpful!👍👍
great tutorial, thank you. I have litterally just broke one of the stock arms on my 2nd outing with the outcast 4s, I broke it right where the large pin goes through the body during a bit of a cartwheel. Nice to see it is an easy fix though, and have ordered the RPM arms as they were only a few quid more than the stock arms, fingers crossed they last a bit longer.
Thoughts on going with the HR aluminum a arms? Wondering if it will be better in the long run or keeping with the plastic RPM ones so the stress doesn’t transfer to other parts.
Just some observations. It looks like you put the tires on the wrong sides. The treads are directional. Why didn't you soak the A-arms in WD-40? I think Anthony subtly said, "Get your own hammer dad." lol. Thank you for a very good, step by step, video on how easy it is to change out the A-arms. P.S. I think Anthony wants to have some time with dad. Let us see some family RC time together. After all RC's are a great way for kids to develop fine motor skills, attention spans, respect on actions having conciquences (Do dumb things and you will have to do more chores to earn the money for the parts to fix it and not be able to use it till it's fixed), plus it is a great way to bond with the kids doing fun things together and staying off the streets. Great job Tony and lead the way! 👍
Good observations! You are right, I did put the tires on the wrong sides. I hashtagged the video when I did it. They've been changed. I was rushing to do it quick for video and had them on the sides they go on...but the car was upside down still. I did front and rear for the video, but it was redundant. Then I went out for the Battle of the 4s Monsters. I do run them with my boys as well. They like it to be family time and not RUclips time filming and commenting on everything, so we don't film with them very often. They've had to grow up with cameras and they see them as an annoyance since it's daddy's "Work". Hopefully we’ll get some more play time videos in the near future
@@CCxRC I think the family play time is something that you guys, and girls?, will never forget and will reminisce about for many decades to come. You have the platform so show us the great family moments that this hobby brings. Doesn't need commentary. Show some guidance and let us just hear the laughter. I haven't seen many videos of families having fun together and they should be popping up as "suggested for you" videos all the time. Sprinkle some in for us if you can. Please 🙏
I’m just asking but any way to make the stance wider? Like using longer A arms and drive shafts etc maybe from the 6s Kraton Lol . How about hub extensions ? At the very least I’d like to use more aggressive wheel tire combo with a offset. Maybe the 6s wheel tire? More stress on the servo I’m sure but just wondering
Hey man, any chance you know the diameter of the center brace? I'm trying to have a carbon fiber brace made but I dont know the size, the guy makes 8s ones but I'm not sure if they are the same! Thanks...

There are no videos on simply removing the Servo and replacing it? Please help.. Have taken mine out and cannot replace....
I have broke one original arm at the 2. bash then I changed to the rpm ones and I have never had issues yet
LOL!! 😁 You Stuffed it alright! Nice upgrades though..... now off to the SEND IT ramps!
love rpm have them on alot of cars going to put them on my kraton
I used the second shock mounting point with my RPM arms and lost too much ground clearance. Even the first position is a bit lower than factory
Great video

I wouldn't advise going to big with the wheel/tires with the stock driveshafts. They can already pop under the torque of turning these tires.
In shop right now getting New input gear put in as well as 15th tooth pinion gear being put in from a 13th tooth a little up grade mcm]
