I thought the same thing!!!! LOL! Im a beginner student and when doing center floor work I forget how to run and walk. LOL Im a barre girl for sure.😂

Right? I remember taking Ballet Technique 1 and 2 in college (I was a biology major, but I needed more electives and dance classes don't have homework). I was one of 2 people who could run. Granted, I was a gymnast when I was a kid and had learned some ballroom dancing in high school for fun. So I had an edge.
i used to help people learn ballroom and it happens all the time there too, i'd say step fwd and they'd take the biggest step diagonal

I don't think I would have found the original video real funny on its own but Josephine laughing so hard in reaction has got me laughing just as hard.
I think I saw the original video a while ago and might have smirked/giggled at it. But I was crying laughing watching Josephine react to it! 😂

I love the comedy, but Kevin did actually act as a supportive partner when Jasmine had the spotlight. I wouldn't want to be holding Ken's hand up en pointe while he's squirming all over the place not keeping a consistent height and speed...

You can definitely see the girls trying really hard not to laugh. The camera keeps cutting away when one of them starts to laugh. I am not a dancer by any means but I love your reaction to these things.

I'm always having fun watching your videos because I realize how little I know and how much I know about ballet and it's a load of fun I'm a junior in high school who is in color guard so we use a lot of ballet terms but color guard is something most people and I started freshman year of high school so for me I feel so accomplished to come so far that I can understand ballet videos even without years and years of practice

My late auntie was a tall ballerina, and yeah, they had problems finding partners for her. But she danced for a very long time w/some amazing companies.

It's interesting watching this as someone who has danced for years, but not seriously, if that makes sense? I don't do pointe or expect to make it into a career or anything, so it's interesting watching the professionals do moves that I know the basis of, but then make them better.
A lot of this was so painful. But then they did the pas de deux and it was too funny.

Anyway I was so focus on reaching my fingers to her hands that I forgot to breath. She had to remind to.
To this day, I don't know what happens. How on Earth did I forgot a such simple thing ? And how did she noticed it ?
@@oceaneo4603 I know! My entire class once got through an entire adagio combination. Right after, my teacher looked us dead in the eyes and said, “Did any of you take a breath that entire time?” Literally all of us had been holding our breath for the whole combo! She now reminds us to breath almost every day. 😂
