    In the video, 1A Auto shows how to reset the oil light. This video is applicable to the 05, 06, 07, 08, 09 Chevy Equinox

    Didn’t work for me.
    These steps did instead:
    Turn the key in the ignition to the “On/Run” position with the engine off.
    Press the “DIC Menu” button on the Vehicle Information Menu.
    Press “Up“. The remaining oil life will be displayed.
    Press and hold the “SET/CLR” button (checkmark) until 100% is displayed.
    Turn the ignition off.

      what year is the car because my 07 won’t reset

      @Jason Surreira I know your comment was six months ago lol but I just did it on my 07 I hit the button with the car and “i” symbol and I just kept pressing it until it displayed the oil percentage. Then I held the check mark button down to clear it back to 100% then turn the car all the way off and start it up and it should be off

    Didn’t work on mine and I don’t have any buttons that say menu or up and down arrows.. so… 👎
