The gas pedal reset method was a new one for me. I normally hold the button on the dashboard when in the oil level menu selection to reset it.

Should not replace drain plug before you take oil filter off. More oil will come out of pan when you take oil filter off

09 specs call for 6qts.
i put 5 in and its a quarter inch above the top hole on the stick

Do 4 liters than check your oil stick that's how you know when to add or leave it as is

I have a 2005 Chevy equinox LS v6 it's a 2wd , I've been hearing water running in my dash I would like to know the location of the ac drain tube thanks I also like watching the videos thanks Ken

Having that water running sound for me turned out to be air bubbles in the coolant lines. It made noise when starting to accelerate which makes sense because the motor turning pushes the fluids through the system. But I still have not gotten it fixed yet.
