I installed everything per spec but the top overflow hose (with the check valve that goes through the hull), but as the balast fills, the bags fill with air (from the previously empty hard tanks) and the only way to relieve the pressure is temporarily disconnecting the overflow hose. Its not letting that displaced air out. Ive checjed that the check valve arrow is pointed the direction the air needs to escape (from bag to hull). What could be wrong?
Hey Jason. If you go with the second option for the fill extension (like you did on this one), what happens to the end that you didn't attach? (The front connection that y-ed off from the fill hose)
Hi David! The connections are the same, that's just an alternate routing method for the front hose that gives a little cleaner install (but requires drilling a hole in the seat base of the boat).
I have a 2011 axis a20, and if you're working with the same, plan on a little more time on the first side, then a lot easier on the second. Also, I trimmed half the hoses as they were too long on some and I wished some were longer. Especially the drain line at the front of the bags - all the lines and connections are pushing you in the wrong directions you can see in the video. I would buy it again, but they could have planned it better.
I have a 2012 axis a20 and would it just be easier to just buy the right size hose and length at my local hardware store? and just order the fittings for the ends of the hoses to connect to the bags online?
@@LIMUEMU007 after a year of using the bags, it all should work with what you have. It seemed a little cumbersome when I installed them, but they have worked just fine.
Where do I order the hose kit I can’t find on website

What are the length dimensions of the pipping setup?

I believe that is just a different routing option for the extension. There should be no ends that don't get attached to something.

How does the Piggyback System work?

Where can I get this for both rear lockers?

I do not see how you connect to the pump that is towards the back of the hard tank
@@martinespinosa in the rear lockers? Is yours a 2011 axis a20?
