    My falsetto is really strong and not airy at all, and it wasn't airy when I started singing. It's weird because it seems I'm born with natural singing techniques that just need massive improvement :D

    Has ur voice always been able to hit falsettos & whistle tones , or did you have to practice daily until you finally were able to do so ? Just wondering because I'm no where close to being able to hit those notes but I hope over time i'll be able to😂

      I can belt Dangerous Woman by Ariana Grande, but then I strain
      And then I have to use my falsetto for the higher parts

      obi the best tip I can give you is to get a voice coach. He or she will be able to help you have control over your voice. That is very important for us singers. I can’t hit the Ariana Grande notes 😂 but I have a powerful soulful voice and I’ve had a few voice lessons. It helps but I have personally also had great control over my voice. I hope this helps you though!

    Does anyone also have the very airy tone ("whisper register" as Mariah would call it ((I think)) ) ? It's like falsetto but really light and airy and if you have the whistle register, it would sometimes layer with it (polyphonic)

    How do you know if you have thick or thin vocals cords

    • @AmaZaneChannel
      @AmaZaneChannel  8 лет назад +45

      Thicker vocals - naturally, it is harder to be agile between notes
      Thin vocals - Less resistance, so it is easier to pick up and flow within notes
      Both can be very agile, but one has the advantage. It also ties into the different vocal type like coloratura, lyric soprano, etc.
      Hope this helped lol 😊

    • @AmaZaneChannel

      When taking in more air using your diaphragm, Instead of letting air out when singing it, use it to push the notes in a more balanced way

    Can you explain how to sucessfully come up with a balanced combination?? Hope that makes sense.

    Hi Zane! Hope you're having a wonderful day! I kind of desperately need your help lol, for the past few months I've been trying to get better at singing, I watched a lot of videos on how to improve at it, but I can't seem to notice any difference, it got to a point that it's frustrating, I have a deep raspy voice (for a girl I guess) and every time I try to sing it feels forced and strained, I tried few videos on how to release tension but surprise surprise it didn't work, I really want it to flow naturally like my head voice.
    My vocal range isn't doing well too, I can belt pretty well but I cant reach low notes, I saw your vocal lessons and I really want to try it you seem like a really good teacher but the problem is I don't have credit card (and the other options on the site) is there any possible way to pay for them? Thank you so much!

      Hey buddy, I feel like if we had video chat lessons I could give you a lot of pointers and tips on how to improve your tone and reduce vocal stress. It's better that way so that If there's something that shouldn't be happen, I can help correct it on the spot. It's rather hard to hit all the key points through videos because it's one-sided, and I don't get to hear your examples, and if I just text it out, it's hard to go into detail you know what I mean? lol
      There is paypal method. I'm not sure of anything else at the moment unless you have an idea. I'm sorry for late response. I hope you have a nice day!

    I've been trying to sing falsetto for the last year but don't know how?

      It’s a very light and airy approach for singing. That plus the range goes very high. Practice and it gets easier.

    • @AmaZaneChannel
      @AmaZaneChannel  7 лет назад +11

      +Gianelle Nirza I haven't tried it lol but if it doesn't dry out your voice then I think it could work too 😊

      Normal tea's got caffeine in it, which dries your throat out, so not advisable! o.o

      Throat-coat's caffeine-free.

    I have a problem whereby I can only sing with a falsetto. Like my chest voice is just absolutely terrible and I don’t know how to use it at all, but I have a pretty wide falsetto range. Whenever I try to do vocal warm ups using my chest voice, it does get a little better, but my falsetto weakens a lot. Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Good vid. But I expect you'll do falsetto/head voice in 6th octave. :)

    that was helpful but what if u sing in chest then cant belt and go to falsetto or head and its not as strong or loud so its like woah that chest is OOOOH and then u go really weak and quiet?the falsetto is beautiful but its not as loud in comparison so it sounds wrong unless the whole song is falsetto. help
