@@recipe30 Chef, I prepared this dish last night, amazing ! Granted I went a little more on the shallots & garlic but they came out with a lite flavoring that was deeply satisfying. I did have a bit of an issue with the reduction, my timing with the plating of the chicken was a bit off but it all came out well in the end. Thank you once again for your time and talent.
