I have no words for how to thank you shivani behen , i have been listening your preaching for some months and i observe a sea change in myself and some days ago, i came to know about an incurable disease in me after diagnosis and i accept it as nothing happens to me because if i cry , it will not gonna recover me from that disease . I have been practicing this for 1 month and I would like to tell you that I see changes in myself.
