This is a very powerful teaching. Sometimes we get swept away with our emotions as an automatic response when we get overwhelmed. It happens to us all sometimes. You have to take your own power back and take a step away from the situation. Acceptance is a wonderful thing but not always easy to put into action, but so worth it.
