Recently I encountered a turbulent energy. I was in a position to explain but I also felt like I am absorbing their energy. I was confused whether to ask help from others. Then remembered sister's words, whatever it is first tell to baba. i calmed dwn meditated to paramathma & asked his guidance and said I don't need anything from anyone . I can handle this situation easily with baba's guidance. Somehow the confusion got cleared easily. Still work going on. I am sure my peace will transform all disturbed energies. I see every situation a homework for me.

We have 3 Options: Reflect, absorb or transform(blessing,heal, smile, we are fine in the inside because we understand that they are in Pain) the energie. If i can be compassionate with somebody which is physicaly unhealth ,then we have to have the same compassion for someone who is emotionaly unhealth.
