- Malaysian authorities have shut down two factories suspected of illegally recycling electronic and plastic waste. The move comes a week after the government seized more than 100 shipping containers containing e-waste, destined for illegal smelters operated by Chinese gangs. That haul marked a sharp increase from the 47 containers confiscated last year. Afifah Ariffin reports from Kuala Lumpur.
"Clean" Western countries are not better at handling waste than developing countries, they're just better at exporting all their wastes to developing countries.
How come the shipments not stop at the Malaysia port?

*The international law* is very clear on the South China Sea:
- parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including Malaysia 🇲🇾,
- the rest of it is the international water,
- no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.
Why don't you say the South China Sea belongs to the United States your daddy?
Both 🇹🇼🇨🇳 have belongings in the SCS too.
