Yes, very nice snappy sounding snare. Cool, i see you unlocked the entire kit. I have the limited demo kit installed. I purchased Modo Drums which i like a lot. It has some great metal kits too and lots of customization. Although it is not fully tailored towards metal. But i got some good results with my last song.

I haven't tried Modo drums yet, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be using anything else other than ML Essentials from now on haha. Super impressed with it!

@@ChugDealer exactly man, stick with what works best for you. There are many options out there. In the end it is all about personal preference and what suits our music the best. It is a good time to be alive. Imwosh i had access to all this awesome stuff 30 years ago when things were pretty limited.

Air-tight chugs! And that breakdowny bit starting at 00:57 is serious heaviness. Love it. The drums are big and punchy too. I gotta get the ML drums demo and mess with it. Kind of a good mix of raw energy and modern squeaky clean drums. Hell yeah 🥁🔨🤘

Do u humanize ur drums? 🤔 The drums sound fine, but the bass drum sounds like a one-shot (because all hits are at 127 volume?).
Your bass seems to be always mixed differently - now it's in "Justice for all" mode 😅🙈

@@ChugDealer Lol. In Reaper when u use the Piano Roll there's Humanize in the menu. There's guides how to tweak those settings. It's very easy (if u adjust the whole track - some ppl want to humanize diff. drum instruments individually).
But the new version ML Drums has their own humanize button according to Mikko's video! U didn't try that?
Humanizing drums make them immediately sound less robotic and tons more natural 💡

If you read my Bio, it says that I'm not here to make polished sounding tracks. I was basically just passing time during the pandemic by learning a bit of home recording.
Now that it's over, I have much better things to be doing than sitting indoors making RUclips videos lol, and I won't be uploading much from now on. 👍
@@ChugDealer It literally takes a 2-5 minute video to watch and learn! And then 10 seconds to apply on every track u are working, mate!! :D It's easier than changing strings!! xD
