My father was an Attorney & a great one at that!!! Lawyers get a bad rap way too often! I was always thankful we had a lawyer in the family!! Between having a Dr or Atty in the family, I'd pick an Atty!! Because medicine & advice can be had almost ANYWHERE, but when you need a lawyer, you NEED one!! (not that I needed one, lol) He "always" gave people "good" advice & didn't charge everytime there was a question. Also did some pro bono work. He was not only a Great attorney he was an honest, hard-working, loving, caring Man! Love you, Dad. (Sorry I had to put this out there in my dad's honor & for all "honest" attorneys!)

Based on my research, wills have to be filed with the probate office within 10 days in FL. Apparently, FL has this rule so that rightful beneficiaries are not unnecessarily harmed because of intentional/unintentional delays. I've had to learn more about FL probate & guardianship laws.

    • @0annonymous
      @0annonymous Месяц назад

But remember, though, Florida is one of those predatory guardianship hot beds like Nevada was in the day of April parks. Marty Oakley, who had the TS radio broadcast, spoke much on her research discovery regarding predatory guardianship. She discovered something horrifying. If you visit Florida for 3 days and access any services at all, you can be involuntarily guardianized. Yes, this can happen EVEN if you live in another state or country. You may not know this has happened until the Marshalls come after you sometime in your trip home. You can be a rested and brought right back to Florida and forced to become a resident. If nothing sounds familiar, ask around until you find a family who lost a loved one to this system and see if anything sounds familiar. Ask around until you find out. Best yet, spent some time down in Florida and start talking about this kind of stuff and see who all may have been forced to live in Florida if they're even still alive and haven't been killed by the predators. It was also discovered not only has this been going on since about the 1800s, but it's also a global problem. Plus, every city in every state has such a system. I can't wait until Christ returns and over throws this system. I must also make brief mention of the discovery of that floating city in space, because those predators what be going into that city. When the time comes for that city to be occupied, there's no way God's going to let thieves nowhere near it.
If those particular people are stealing from people in this life, they won't be trusted with the REAL riches

It's possible all his liquid assets (eg bank accounts) were titled as TOD or POD (payable on death) and that his properties would have been put into his trust and would pass at the time of his death to his heirs. The speaker really should have made this clear.

      No
Civil litigation isn't a criminal charge
Petrocelli, questioned Simpson repeatedly about the domestic violence issue .
Criminally the domestic violence evidence with statements was not admitted
Phone records, were not entered into evidence , it doesn't indicate that Nicole Brown specially made those 2 calls. 1989-1993
A jury would not accept one belief that only men hit women .
The trial would ignore that there was a male victim though
      Which is hypocritical.
      The photograph, wasn't admitted
Denise Brown's testimony was stricken from the record !
Simpson was found not guilty of murder
The beginning of the civil trial did point out that Simpson could be charged with perjury
      Except he wasn't
      Four police officers were !

That is a sentiment that you know is wrong. Regardless of any other mitigating factors that may allow prejudice to enter the conversation ultimately Orenthal Simpson was a man who murdered two people. You know that. If you are at all concerned with good vs evil as opposed to any other oppositions be they racial, sexist, antisemitic etc. then you would get right in your spirit and not applaud savagery.
