I see a lot of knee valgus movement when you do your jump squats (field, stairs, etc.). You may need to start training with a mini band or practice working your hip abductor muscles.
He likes to listen to Eminem’s new cd on his anti-skip portable disc player. Sometimes he likes to run while listening to this cd and is surprised by how far he’s ran and doesn’t get home until late unto the night. It’s not very good because he has to get up early in the morning. Use this cd sparingly and at your own discretion.
Thanks Szymon for your question. Depends on the day. But usually it's hip-hop, vocal deep house or even some more aggressive tunes such as Rob Bailey, etc... What's your pump up music? :)
TENFITMEN tennis impulse I like to listen rap music or deep house music during the session. I dont listen to specific singers or specific songs. I listen to what I want. :)
Hi Silvio, thanks for the question. It really depends on the level of your fitness. But definitely some lighter versions of these exercises (not so aggressive) would be fine, of course after you do a very very good warm up and dynamic stretch! Maybe can skip those higher jumps up the stairs on one leg.
After the live feed from Milan, and me being 50, I am starting a new warm up program. Essentially, I am going to spend more time warming up as I am older, 20-30 minutes. The warmups start with walking, mobility work, knee raises, slow butt kicks, torso twists, some band work for the shoulders, then 5 burpees at the end. The goal is to get my body ready and to break a bigger sweat before I start the workout, I am going to use something similar before matches. Milan posted a great video about the warmup. ruclips.net/video/J1e7PDPNbtk/видео.html Basically as we get older it looks like we need to slowly warmup, take a bit more time to get our bodies ready, break a light sweat and then we are ready to hit the training or courts. Later today I am going through this video, at least 50% less intensity. I'll also use a cool down as well, recommended in the live feed yesterday. I'll do some light stretching and low resistance bike work for 10-15 minutes.
Thanks for your video. Nice.
Thanks Sir

Thanks for great vid! Are you wearing running shoes or tennis shoes when you do these exercises?
Thanks Richard, here I used tennis shoes. For some exercises they are better because they keep your ankles a bit more firm and safe!
are you able to write these down ?
From where did you filmed this video? Serbia?
Shanghai, China.
TENFITMEN tennis impulse No coronavirus there?
Just posted my own workout for tennis players! Do you think it would make you break a sweat? 💪🏻
