I’ve started my working life in an intense office job and have watched my fitness and general leg/back stability suffer… I’m hoping this can be the day-to-day solution to that! Also big kudos for the positivity of the video, your cheerfulness is also really motivating!
Awsome video, exactly what I need. I'll implement these exercises into my Pomodoro work technique (25mn of work then 5mn break). Instead of scrolling phone during 5mn break I could do a wall sit or a pick the pen exercise to wake up my full body, I'd be much more productive after then !
Did this workout today. It killed my legs. I couldn't even walk up or down 1 flight of stairs afterwards. Got a game on Sunday, ill keep doing this every week to see if my game improves.
@satwiksaraswat9702 it's a decent workout. What helped me the most was the knees over toes workout, and stretching for pelvic tilt, hamstrings, and tight calves
i think its usefull, but you can save that money and do exercises without equipment (Jumps etc.) which trains the same muscles.... Eventually even better
Some people say leg strenghtening is important while others say doing alot of weighlifting and exercises is not good and you should rather do explosive drills, opinion?

Played a match last night that took 3 hours. Can barely walk today :( Hope these will help once I can actually walk.

Do you recommend a climber machine , Andy Murray spends alot of time on a climber machine

I did that office chair squats but the only thing that happened to my ass was getting it fired🙂

both are important you need the explosive power to play tennis and you need strong muscles to perform those explosive moves
You cant train explosive power if you dont lift weights
Both
