  • The sounds this car makes are absolutely intoxicating. This may be the only 997.2 3.8 engine paired with this exhaust system as it was a custom solution, taking the full header back, valved exhaust off my 3.4 and custom fitting it to the new engine. It just screams up until redline and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

      Nice! I’m thinking of doing a similar build eventually. If you don’t mind me asking, around what was the total cost of the build? Not including the car

      @@ehpracing518 Considering you can find 3.8L 997 engines for $10-15k on the used market. $80-90k in labor and exhaust costs seems wild.

      @@possiblewhiteguy 100k is including everything done to the car. Engine, suspension, body, etc etc. The engine swap ran ~45k alone.
