Great video, Kabab! I love this class of quads. Perfect for ripping around my yard and over top of my house. I’m Currently enjoying the Mobula 6, but am building a custom rig with the HX100 frame, M6 motors, Mobilite 7 aio board, and the Runcam Split3-Lite. I should get decent flight time, and great vtx range (200mW), and HD recording. Just waiting on a part. :)
I agree it's a great drone. The thing is that for me the stock rates are so slow... But when you change them to more agressive ones it flies so great! I only has a issue: with the RX loss... 😭 Great video Master!
do you think it could fit the 35mm props (uz65 has those) vs 31 mm? The ducts don't look as snuggly as many otther whoops so I think I might want to try this
"Floss your teeth" baaha, a visit to the dentist is 8 years overdue, floss ain't gonna help jack, pliers perhaps.... If you're employed and covered, count your bloody blessings!

Fantastic flying and review, Bob! 😃 But it's a whoop... With a flower shaped frame, but it is. 😬 Anyway, the Nano 3 is really looking good again! I hope they don't have any more problems. Stay safe and flying there! 🖖😊
Quick 1S question does the ‘c’ rating matter all that much? Been running tattu 600mah 30c I put xt30’s on. Am I sacrificing performance on the ‘c’ factor?
The C is more important than anything else. It's also the most untrustable rating however. It's meaningful to compare one companies packs against others they make but not against other companies
Good review. My favorite 1s build so far is my mobulite with 3*16000kv motors and 1 25000kv motor, interestingly it seems to give me more power and performance that I needed for the winter! I'm getting 3 to 4 1/2 min flights and that's moving quickly on 300mah 450s are next
I've been flying my micro, "The 22" all summer, and yes you are on to something, but the sweet spot isn't 65mm props at this size with 0802. We just need 0802's with longer 40mm wires more commonly available and I'd release what I have been flying.
So I purchased both bt2.0 and gnb27 connectors to try out over the holiday but have not gotten to it yet. Are bt2.0 really bad or are the gnb27 just that good? Do you think they could work with a 2s lipo as well for a 2s whoop (ie beta75x). Is bt2.0 still worth it on smaller 1s whoops? Ty sir!
I personally actually like the BT2 more because it has similar conductivity as the GNB27 but it's smaller. The issue with the BT2 is that it won't be widespread because BetaFPV are only interested in BetaFPV and they don't want anyone else using their stuff. That's why the GNB27 is working out. Ultimately both connectors are poorly designed. If they just asked anyone that actually uses the stuff they could have landed on a much more optimized connector.
@@Kabab Lol gotcha, cool beans. I guess we will see how the connector wars go! Can these handle 2s in a small form factor? I know I can also do the whole 2 pigtail connector dealio, but that is kinda janky lol. Thanks again.
Looks like another solid option from Emax. 65mm might be more than those 0802 motors could handle, but I'd bet that would be a killer setup with gemfan 2023 triblades. Those have become my favorite props for 85mm whoops.
All I can say i really like is those trees man, that's an awesome spot. But I ret do wanna get another whoop that will actually freestyle. The beta75x I ended up getting a while ago was a big mistake. It's was the old vert though. Double board with pins and motors with way too high kv.
@@Kabab There was a deal on the Nanohawk on BG yesterday for $53, but I'm gonna wait on your 1S FC's instead. Also, I hear there's an updated Nanohawk coming soon.
Well, this week there were several Reviews of this quad, all with the same blablabla, and I knew that when Kabab got his hands on it he would say something really relevant. I was not wrong, thanks for the honest Review!
The thing about this product is... I would rather spend the $ on a Tiny Hawk 2.0. If Emax makes the Nano $60. I might get one but for the price point being the same as a TH2. TH2 all day.
Bummed that i have ths and th2 both with bad boards. Oh well, at least rdq is going to take a look at the th2 since its still in the warranty period (60days). They fly sooo good when they are working. I hope they can get some more reliability on their boards in the future. $60 for a replacement and seems like a crap shoot at best if it will last. I've seen a lot of others have similar issues. C'mon Emax, I want to love you!😍
I was really hoping that it would be a new generation of whoop but Kabab 👨🏻🔬 finally made sense of this thing. It’s a weird Microtooth with ears, not a whoop! Emax, for the V2, how about a stiffer frame that easily swaps out without disassembly!?
Great review! I agree with everything including the fact that the Emax Tinyhawk II is the best indoor quad on the market. When you talk to Emax please tell them this could be a home run if they included a 200mw VTX with an IPEX or U.FL connector, better props, ship it with a case rather than in a cardboard box and a adapter so you're not limited to the GNB 27 battery. Thank you Bob for all you do for the FPV community, it is greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!
Looks like you can already get the spare parts off the bg site. I'd like to try just the bottom plate with my meteor75 build using those 1102 18000kv motors. Looks like this frame isnt proprietary like previous releases. Big plus.
The tinyhawk park is back! Great video man! I've heard nick burns saying that you get yaw washout with 450 and up size cells. It would be awesome if you made a bigger frame for that.
its like a old new new product. They made it look like a whoop but is not. The moment i saw the board for sale in banggood and its from emax i got to have it. Nice product overall. They should release a 75mm, same frame design and all.

Dead curious about this one, maybe a successor to my Mobula 6? I watched Nick Burns' review and he pointed out how the props seem a little flimsy / unprotected.
I think you've nailed where this one sits. Looks to be pretty useless as a whoop, at least it almost certainly would be in my tiny house. Cutting off the (poorly functioning) prop guards and then just flying it in the yard, might be the way to go. The board is indeed very intriguing for other projects.
I thought so too, after removing these covers it could be a 65mm frame micro toothpick :) and without unnecessary plastic elements its weight would drop to about 18-19 grams. It could be interesting!
