Wow! You are a magician with your knitting needles. I absolutely love your sweater, and your instructions are promising. Phenomenal cardigan Kika! Simply smashing. 💕
Hej Kika, I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your knitting series. I already finished two dish clothes and I am close to finishing my first sweater! 😍 I can't wait to knit this cardi... The sweater you're wearing in this video looks gorgeous, too. I'm excited to see what you will show us next. Wish you all the best 🤗
I love you❤️.... And i am from India... Have been watching your videos and never commented.. But when i saw your last video, not feeling good... Finally seeing you back i am happy again... I love you again❤️
Good to see a young girl into knitting n doing g so so well. Really love the way you patiently explaining n teaching how to make as neat as possible. Thanks for sharing 👍 stay safe n blessed. Looking forward to seeing more such tutorials God bless 🙌
PASSION def: strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something Everyone could see the passion in his/her approach to the work.
Hi Kika, thank you for your tutorials. I can honestly say that I will follow you, no matter the subject you're presenting. I like your style, you're very real and honest, and incredibly talented. So if your passion leads you in a different direction, I'm going to be right there with you. 🌹
thank you so much, this is my kind of tutorial. I am a beginner in knitting. All I own is a pair of flat knitting needles, some wool and cable needles. And you explain very beautifully and lively.
Beautiful! I purchased the pattern. It doesn't size large enough for me, but I'm an indie dyer and this will make a gorgeous sample to show off some of my hand dyed yarns when I vend. I have two bases in my line up that I think will work really nicely for this. I also have two daughters that this cardigan might be a great gift for. Thanks for sharing this tutorial, very clearly shown and well done. Your experience with the camera is really helpful here. It can be so hard to teach people new knitting techniques and this gives them the opportunity to rewind and play it again as many times as needed.
Wow! I was waiting for the video!!! These series are just the best! I hope you are enjoying it as much as we are. Loads of love, from all around the world ♥️
It's gorgeous and so well explained! I love to knit, but most of the time, elementary patterns... So with you "by my side," I think I will try these so lovely looking details, yes, you make it look easy! So thanks, Kika and have a lovely autumn week in your fab looking cardigan 🍂🍁🧡
Can't wait to start this beautiful cardigan. I'm just finishing the neck of the sweater, so excited to wear it. Thank you so much for these amazing tutorials and patterns. Lots of love and appreciation x
These videos are so profesional, It is so difficult to find videos that explain really how to join all your pieces, and it is a very tricky part, thanks for including this too ❤️
Hey kika ❤️😃Wow Your are BACK ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I Can't give you million heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ all the hearts is for you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️love you kikaaa❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Kika - Thank you for such a thorough, empowering and well taught tutorial. I needed the refresher for cables and reading patterns and the finishing instructions you provided for this cardigan allayed my fears about that. I am now excited to make my first sweater.
just love this cardigan and i actually have Drops Air in my stash & it will be my next cast on. thanks for also making seaming a bit less stressful & confusing.
Wonderful. Looking forward to explore your patterns. Love what you’re wearing in this video. Yesterday I had the pleasure of wearing a seamless soft knit with leaf motifs around the shoulder and it’s such a joy to wear something you made with your hands. I love this pattern for the cardigan and never have done a cardigan like this one. I have just the wool for this. Thank you!
I'm currently crocheting a rather simple cardigan (my first larger piece actually) and I'm enjoying it so much! Never quite got the hang of knitting, which is why I don't do it, but your videos really make me want to start and learn it properly!
@@Kutovakika I was hoping it would be, but it feels a bit unnatural😄 I guess it just depends on what one has learnt first... But I'll definitely give it a try😊
Hi!!! I actually found your videos a long time ago when you did a review of all the things you had knitted. I was trying to make my own and really appreciated everything you shared. I love your photography content. I never did a photo challenge but I did improve my photography a little bit. I’m happy with whatever content you want to do and I’m glad your knitting and making patters!! I’m in love! I love the beginner knitting tutorials! I crochet but a few months ago picked up some needles and your videos are sooo sooo good! 💕
I want to tell you that I really like your knitting video’s! I already followed you for your photography videos but i happen to be a knitter as well so i was delighted with your switch to knitting videos! And most knitting videos are very boring but yours are definitely not. Also i love your style, the pieces you already made! I am very interested in your book soon to come!
amazing!!! the best explanations of how to knit a sweater, Thank you very much!!!🧡🍁🧡🧶💖 by the way, I found your early videos about knitting, I really liked it👍🏻💜
Hi kika, thank you for sharing such a beautiful pattern. This is probably the most complicated garment I have ever attempted. For the xs size… I just can’t get the stitches right….. I thought it is 65 stitches but first row adds up to 67 stitches?? Or did I miss something?
I like you knit and knit and show a lot of inspiration, around cables and ribs... I am not for the match of the cardigan sweate's color with the skirt's color. It is a matter of taste, they are both warm colors, only l would not use them toghether! I loved your whites and light solid colors, and in wool, l think they make all the difference! The fact that you showed how you set the stiches around the neck, on the knitting pin, helped me a lot. I usually make a rough estimate of the number of stiches, l knit all the elastic, than, attatch it to the sweater's neck line. I am going to try your knitting method. It seems easier, less risky! Most, l wish l could start a nice cotton sweater, but spring came with a few health problems, l wish l can resolve sooner. I wonder if I could also start some baby cotton knits, since l have new girl waiting from a new outfit from me. Or this how l like to think of her, although, l did not meet her yet... I wish l was in a better state to also meet your family, with an open mind and you... Future soon, maybe! I admire you having a real preocupation, so similar to mine!
I’m definitely gonna make this cardigan! Reminds me of the Ganni one that I loved but it was way too expensive 🥺 I would say yours is more beautiful! I’m excited to to see more patterns, I will buy them all for sure! 😍
Thank you for this video. I enjoy your content very much and the artistic aesthetic. You said you didn't know the English word for when you have two yarns that are either a different shade or different colors and you hold them together. I believe, at least here in the United States, that we call that a marled yarn. Hope that helps. Thank you so much for sharing your life and knitting with us.
Hi! I commented on Ravelry with some questions I have for the stitch count on 1 row if you could take a look? Beautiful pattern, so excited to get going on this!
Thank you! I will definitely try it! I am still working on your last project... But this cardigan will be next! I live in a very warm country, so, just as I am planning to do with the sweater, I will attempt to knit this cardigan as a vest. Do you have any suggestions? It might be a good idea to make a video with variations of the same pattern. It seems that I am always doing some sort of adjustment to the projects I work on... Thanks again!
Hi Kika. Could you please do a video on how to knit a sweater top down in the round. I have been knitting for over 50 years and have always knitted in pieces , so ould love to learn this new way in th round an top down
I love your color work sweater. I hope to see this pattern in an upcoming book. Hope you think about us plus size women who are elderly and our figures went out the door after having children.
Hi Kika🦋 I forgot to ask you, would you want to show us how to do something long to wear. Like a duster. I found an idea but I don’t know how to get the photo to you. The duster I found is very thin and airy and beautiful. It is a picture of a model on a runway wearing the duster and I don’t even know if it is knitted or crocheted.I was just curious, I think you are AMAZING and I still have a lot to learn from you. I don’t even know if it would be something you would want to do or wear. I hope you knit for us for a while… I NEED YOU ❣️💖❤️😘
Omg I absolutely LOVE all your knitting and your designs!!! I was wondering...hoping!! ... I'm really new to knitting... and I'd like to knit my hubby a sweater - a "manly" sweater with some cables... I was wondering if you've done tutorial on anything like that? I have sons and a man... and he has brothers.. so I'm trying to find something for them, but there's not too much :(
Thank you for giving a part of yourself to all of us! By the way, lol, where can I get the pattern for the sweater you are wearing in this video. Blessings.
The mohair/wool two stranded texture effect is referred to as the mohair strand adding a 'halo' in english. This sweater so pretty, I brought the pattern on Ravelry :):)
Hi Kika, i am knitting the cardigan at the moment. Everything turned out good so far. i've started the sleeves now. Is it possible that there is a mistake in the instruction for size "L"? The number of the stitches doesn't work If i follow the instruction. Thank you for a short answer. Greetings from Berlin Germany
Hey Kika, i really really want to knit this up, it‘s exactly the piece i was looking for 😍😍 but my Problem is that i already purchased yarn which would be fitting for this piece, and that i really want to use, but it‘s for 7mm needles 😢 do you think i would be alright just knitting it with 6mm needles? Also i am not too concerned about the fit, it would be Fine for me if it tourned out a bit bigger 🫶🏼

Hey! What a wonderful cardigan. I wonder if the pattern is complicated? I am from Sweden and English terms are not always easy to understand. Have a nice day!
I love this! I definitely need to knit another cabled cardigan (I knit the rose cardi by Andrea Mowry a couple of years ago). If anyone is interested in seeing what that one looks like, I'm wearing it in one of my recent video's: ruclips.net/video/PCDl3R9-qj8/видео.html
