Glenn Johnson Oh,wow!!I remember watching this on TV the night it was transmitted.Feel i have just been transported back to my old home,the vintage 9inch PYE TV and the thunderstorm looming overhead.Amazing what memories are triggered.Grew up on Lonnie and amazing that only two days ago,recorded his song "Jack o` diamonds"and as close to his version back 60 years ago.Thankyou so much for this upload.Just brilliant.
I don’t about a CD but this song is on a vinyl record by Lonnie Rare and Unissued Gems on the Bear Label.Lot of other songs not available on other recordings.
