Sean Lock was a legend. The world is poorer for his passing.
Anybody else mildly impressed How Sean's glasses matched up perfectly with the black line in the background for the majority if his routine?
King Boomer. I started watching you in January after a car hit me and ripped a leg off. I had a lot of time to myself in hospital and finding distractions to the pain was a must. Watching you and the Queen discover some of the things that have made me laugh over the years has been like watching them again for the first time and sharing the experiences with someone who really appreciates comedy in the same way I do. Keep it going you muppet.

Yeah life changing, I hope you like those who stay positive and push harder through life (hope not mind me saying I like seeing and hearing who lost limbs as what they then do in life to overcome the downsides and amazing things they do, they make rest of us look lazy)

I saw Sean Live once, my sides were aching afterwards, his randomness was what made him unique, i was truly devastated when he died, he left a fantastic legacy though and he still makes us laugh 😂

Sean only did 4 stand-up DVDs of his own, plus various Live at the Apollo appearances. He was generally more known for his appearances on game shows though. Just by the nature of being a team captain on 8 out of 10 Cat's does countdown, he had a lot of air-time on that show. His stand up is great, but I think he was most known for his quick-witted reactions to things on the show and to his random mascots and rants.

The reason you have reached 40k subs is because you are a likeable guy. You seem to be very genuine and don't mince your words, which on RUclips is a breath of fresh air.

Exactly what I'm doing. I only finished watching Inbetweeners (and the 2 movies) a few weeks ago and yet I'm still watching these reaction vids. The movies are really funny too, just as funny as the episodes.
@@yute-hube779 So much unfiltered content came out of UK from basically the 80's, 90's 2000's and on that it was just normal for us, same with the US Bill Hicks, Carling are up there. It's just nice to see people finding it you know? I connected with the inbetweeners because it was very similar to my upbringing and experience. You can't fake the truth, it shows. Probably my personal favourites are when they smoked a bit of....... it's funny because it's true and that awkward but hilarious dance over to the girls in a dead club in the first movie ;)

For context (if you didn’t already know): Morrison’s is a grocery store chain in the UK.
The Longleat ad where he says “If you hit me at 40 miles per hour…” was taken from a UK PSA on driving at speed in residential areas. It was describing what happens to a child hit by a car at various speeds.
Sean’s humour was quite dark and sometimes surreal. That’s why I enjoyed it.

Glad you love the late great Sean Lock who was also one of my fave comedians a proper genius . But my number one comedy hero has to be CHARLIE CHUCK from Leeds, West Yorkshire. Check out firstly his 1] playing the drums, then 2] doing the Horoscope on the James Whale show along with all his other guest appearences on that show. 3] his adverts such as selling a house at Doris Dent. Yes many doctors do name their discoveries after themselves. Body parts in particular (fallopian tubes is a good example) as for diseases it tends to be ones with disease after it. E.g. parkinsons disease
why would someone named themselves after a disease? i wouldn’t want my family name to be in front of something that kills thousands 😨

Absolutely right with the self checkouts. Bloody things never work. I've walked out of shops empty handed before now. Leaving a nearly full basket behind and a few bits that have taken ages to scan because I've got so hacked off with them. Now if a shop can't be bothered to employ someone to serve me then I can't be bothered to shop there!
