The data says that most of the time, lumping works out better. It's always up to you, I'd always lump, especially after a market downturn.

Hi! Thank you for the kind comment. What you're seeing is the allocation of your cash to QMMFs, that's just where Trading 212 are temporarily holding your cash, nothing to worry about if this figures changes.

New to learning on 212. I have the cash isa maxed out is it best to take the interest out monthly and invest in to something else?
It's completely up to you! I wouldn't personally take anything out, just keep reinvesting. But obviously this isn't financial advice.

Orange, very interesting. Quick question. The 5.2% interest that is saved in QMMF (if I remember correctly), is it only the interest paid that the money would be at risk or the whole saving? thank you for your good videos. Keep it up.
Thanks Simon! Your cash, all of it, is at risk with the QMMF, however it's very unlikely that you will lose it all as QMMFs are regarded as pretty safe.
Also, I like to ask what charges are there , for opening at 212 account, invest in EFT‘s preferably ISA EFT and selling/buying ETF’s or Stocks? Thank you.
Trading 212 has no extra fees, ETFs gave built in fees that are taken automatically, but other than that zero fees
Hi, I just set up an account on the stocks ISA, I deposited £50 as a trial, but now my account is showing £61.17 with a portfolio of £11.14 but I have not even set up a portfolio. Is this the free share? If this is the free share is this possible to change the portfolio which I am not sure how to check whether it has been assigned to. Clearly this comes off my ISA allowance.

@Simon-uj6qo Sounds like a free share, you can always sell this and move to any portfolio you want. Surely this free share wasn't deposited into your ISA? This should be in your Invest account.
What is the dot grey line below the blue line? I thought is my average buying price but after i dine the maths it didn’t match that number.
It is your average purchase price actually, not sure why the math isn't mathing?

If I get 24600 from cfd trading then after i move all amount of money to stocks isa , and hold for a year it need to pay taxes?
You can't move more than £20k into an ISA a year. Also I think CFDs are tax free, but can't give you a solid answer on that unfortunately.
Where can I query company info like , tell me the list of companies over 10m market value with last 3yrs over 15% cagr and PE less than 30 and stock value less than 100 or so.....likewise ?

Hi Sven. The whole point here is that it takes years to be good at knowing what companies are best to invest in. So you can't really do it as a beginner. And even then over 90% of experts, they still fail to beat the market (S&P500).
Orange I don’t understand how one puts money INTO 212 in the first place.
Like how to deposit? Press the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom left corner of the screen, scroll down and press the big blue button that says "deposit funds".
