The old one is the better looking and wearing. Exceptional design and dials thru the whole series. Have the Twilight and seen people with far more expensive watches drooling over it
I have this watch and it’s my favorite and I wear it all the time. It’s high end. Love this watch. All this “hUrR DuRr tWeLvE hUnDrEd FoR a SeIkO?” snobbery can get bent. It’s worth it if you keep your watches.
Great review Rob. This Seiko overall hits most of the marks at a fair asking price. Couple things they could have done better the stubby hands w/black-out/poor design and low 50hr power reserve movement.
Not my experience. Have owned a couple of 4R movements, now a 6R15 in a Sumo. It is insanely accurate. Between +1and +2 s/day when worn on/off. Spot on when worn constantly. Brilliant.

Love the OG mm200. I prefer the look of the thinner bezel.
Thanks Rob for the comparison.
One of the most beauty Seikos!!!!!!
The most beautiful Seiko diver!
Agreed.
My grail Seiko.

I can get a new one for 745€ now.
I am seriously tempted.
Stunning watch.
Great looking mm200, Rob, thanks for sharing.
I’ve always wished seiko would make some of these in a 40 or 41mm.
i have this watch and the dial is gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm still not ready to get back on the Seiko bandwagon. Nice review of a watch. 👍

What’s the point of having a lume at the opposite end of the second hand?
True, I always wondered that with the skx.
Going on two years with my black dial version, still loving it
AAHHHH! The quick zoom in always makes me laugh! Great vid! Thanks :)
I really like this one - It would look awesome with a MM300 hands. 😊👍
So, this is like your fourth video on the exact same model? :D I get it, though, I love my Twilight Blue MM200!
I didn't get the full model number of the other Seiko you referenced here.
I search a bit, no nickname for this series of diver? Kinda remind me of Planet Ocean some how.
What model is the one that has the brushed stainless steel bezel, please? Thank you!

Excelente revision.
First
But why?!

I think you would get two good micro brands with higher specs than the price of this one.
1200 us dollars for a Seiko i don't konw about that Rob...... Lol 🤣
Damn shame they use the 6r series movements, I've found them less accurate and more inconsistent than the 4r's. Good looking watches tho 👍🏻👍🏻
