Dude I feel for you. My sinuses have been beating me down too. Went to doctor today and he put me on all kinds of powerful meds for a sinus / major ear infection. Appreciate the video. Get well soon.
I hope you feel better. Between the meds, nasal spray, eye drops something has to give LOL. I am feeling much better though. thanks for checking out the video
Shhhh... now it's gonna be full of kayakers every weekend...you'd be surprised how fast your spots get crowded when you tell just one or 2 friends and they do well there, they each tell 2 friends a piece who do great there, next thing you know and you can't seem to get a bunch like you used to, the pressure is too great, and then you see a couple of foreign people with a long sein net (totally illegal) dragging the whole flat for every life form having more than one cell.
There's not a lot of 5 star spots in our area. The water is so pressured any close to launch spots are over fished. You have to drive away from Houston, 4th largest city in the US to find really good spots. You can still find fish in the area but it can be hit & miss. Use Google Maps and find some areas that look good to fish & hit the water. One thing you have to keep in mind no one is going to give up a 5 star location because we're all chasing the same fish. Good luck & tight lines🤙🏼
I'm in the same boat with the sinus infection. My youngest son had one and ear infection, and pink eye to top it off. Nonetheless I love watching those Chicken boys kill it.
Oh my, I hope you all feel better. Yes, I really like those Chickenboys too. I've been using them for years & Joe's a great guy too. Thanks for stopping by 🤙🏻
Ruben thanks for being quite the trooper and still heading out in-order to put out some content for your channel. Really appreciate the sacrifice. Hope you get better soon!
I remember when Churchill Bayou used to be like that. Lots of Flounder. Last 2years it’s really slowed down.
Right! I've been fishing on & off out there for years. I miss the good old days out there too

Yea that spots was burned years ago lol
If this place is a 3 star, where would you say is a 5 star spot for new kayakers?

You and me both! You should, plenty of bait still in the water bro

@@TexasAllWaterFishing glad you're doing better too brother. Once you try chicken boy, gulp is just like the rest
Are there alligators here ?
I would think so but I have fished there countless times over the last 8 plus years & I have never seen one in that area
Happy new year! That’s a tough looking crack on the left. No warranty on the hobie bro?
Happy new year! It's not a crack just a rub mark from where I strap my kayak down.
What lure are you using ?
I'm using old faith for flounder, gulp. Shrimp mantis, new penny with chartreuse tail, was the most effective
