Is UNRECORD the most REALISTIC game to be released? Игры
Mobile games ads be like:
Lol I remember that cheap eft mobile copy, nothing like the trailer😂😂😂
@@rroy9985you're kidding right? Arena Breakout is the hottest upcoming mobile game rn. The gameplay is very identical to eft. That's the point. No game ever match their theatrical trailer anyway
@@rroy9985 lost light ? that game is actually not too bad when played on pc
@@ConanObrien22 but this is actual gameplay lol most mobile games do that because most people hate the top view of most clone based mobile games. This is different.

yeah that sounded like him
The movement and shaking is exactly what makes everything so real. In every single game your head is more stable than a bird's gimble like stabilization capability.
Its not real ffs..
@@lasses9860 he's not saying it's real he's saying what the game is showing makes ot feel so realistic, kinda like playing airsoft
So you walk around in real life like a bobble head? Doc said it’s unnatural idk who you’re trying to agree with lol he literally said how do you play a game like this
Yeah and lighting makes the graphics so real
Fake or not it's more accurate to say it looks like a camera than someone's vision, and honesty this looks kinda obnoxious to play as it goes on if the game's camera is really gonna anywhere near as wobbly as this footage.
How does this look unnatural? Most natural looking fps I’ve ever seen.
I think unnatural was an incorrect term to use. Maybe unintuitive was more what he was looking for. There doesn't feel like there is a consistency to the aiming so for people who are so used to that center of camera locked position of aiming it will be difficult to adjust.
It’s probably because it would be hard to aim and just play and the camera movement is realistic but unpractical
Likely means the aiming of the gun itself, like how do you naturally ADS when its bodycam POV the irons will be out of view. Either way interesting
Motion sickness the house if you play a game like that
It's a Vr game, take a guess
The camera and weapon movement are waay more realistic than any other shooter by far
People don't realize it because their mindset is stuck with COD or Tarkov physics.
They probably never hold a weapon on their own or run with a weapon and take corners
And THIS is exactly why I said COD is gonna have a problem when this comes out
Which looks cool but idk if that translates to playing well
@@Icezapp1bro because this game is impossible to play. What controller or mouse can allow the player to move the head and hands simultaneously like this. This clearly just a showcase of graphics or smth. Which is what doc said pretty much.
@@zekeroque7798 Guess you never heard of VR then, basically the answer to your first question. This is no game yet, he is a solo developer who showcased what is possible to do with Unreal engine, he even has his own videos showcasing those trailers in the engine itself.
But to begin with I never said it was a game anyway, don't know why you put words in the mouth of others they not even said.
It takes yourself a 5 sec search for those videos on RUclips, so go ahead and prove yourself.
"how do you play a game like this" with intense motion sickness lmfao
The devs said they are working on an option to have less shake and what not, for people with motion sickness
Weakling
Idk how people get motion sickness from playing a flat screen game tbh
@@Stairsvljh feel free to google how motion sickness works
Just buy a VR kit and the motion sickness will be over in about a week
Now let’s all remember how many games have shown us amazing trailers only to drop something totally different when they release
In this case, the creator has put out proof that it looks the same in engine, so even if they do nothing but make levels, they have arguably the most realistic game of all time.
The creator showed proof that this is real and running in modern unreal engine 5
Totally different you're talking about AAA games not a game with a handful of developers making a passion project my guy
It’s the gameplay tho 💀
Or just disappear like nothing happened
A lot of vets are going to get PTSD from this. I'm a veteran myself, and this looks a little too real for me, but I'll give it a shot.
No pun intended?
Maybe if anyone suffers from ptsd they should maybe ( just an opinion) mayyyybe, not want to play shooting or war games on computers ? ? ?
😂🤷🏻♂️
@@porkypk2677 I mean they could play CoD cos there’s nothing realistic about it😂
Then you’re not a combat veteran because you’d know nothing is like the real thing..
@@tp9235 glad you caught that
The amount of gigabytes it's gonna be, tho💀
Yeah best have a leftover hard drive for all these new games
It's probably gonna be in terabyte 😂😢
Why?
Eh idk, maybe this guy knows how to pack his files
Why would it be a big file?
Motion sickness joined the chat
For real.
Bodycam > Unrecord
I just watch rdc and amp play this and its lit
Looks nice with these settings... 🙂👍🏼
Looks like there will be a large box/circle the reticle can move around in with minimized camera movement, and then when you hit the edge it moves the camera faster. Like in a lot of flying games. Looks like they may have done it pretty well in this game, but it's not the standard way to play FPS games for a reason. This game will be fun as a single player or coop experience though for sure.
In a lot of ways it can potentially emulate sort of how it feels to aim and shoot in real life though, and that is kind of neat.
I think it’s only a single player campaign game. Not multiplayer
@@olin9310 I agree. Tarkov uses the point shoot mechanic, bullets come directly out of your barrel and depending on gun, caliber, ammunition, barrel length; they meet the middle of your screen eventually. Allthough they use standard camera manipulation, giving it that “playable” feel, if tarkov used this mechanic it wouldn’t have lasted a week lol
finally someone talking about how the game will be played this could be a Google maps vr for all we know.
I enjoy vr shooters over fps nowadays, because it emulates the feeling of shooting irl quite a bit better than most fps games, without having to sacrifice smooth mechanics.
Looks great. But seems like it only would work with VR. Otherwise the movement is weird
I think thats the point of this game
@@itachisaskuit's on pc bud.
if this isn't vr gameplay then it's fake, because the movement and looking around is inconsistent
@@HughMongousPCits real and it's based around body cam

Getting PTSD from a game is a reality now
Looks like a VR game.
No it doesn't
It does but I mean your right it is not a vr game but it looks like it.
It’s almost like they having you playing the game from the point of view of a body cam
That's the concept.
That last dude on the ground looked a bit blocky...
By "unnatural" he of course meant "too natural"
they need to make zombie game like this.
The blurring like in Kane and Lynch back in the day somehow makes things even more brutal.
Imagine this in VR
Bro had his hands up 😂
The aim assist has to be pretty serious with no centered aiming or reticle. I also can see the motion sickness being very real lol
I could see having a reticle/crosshair/aiming circle be an option you can turn on or off. It's something we're all used to so having it on might not feel too intrusive
@@Limes_Taste_Good i mean just do what everyones done for many years. Put a piece of tape at the center of your screen lol
@@richardrobinson9534 Even better I've got an msi monitor with a range of built in cross-hairs overlays you can toggle on or off.
maybe the HUD is just off and u can turn it on 😂
Insurgency sandstorm has no crosshair and no aim assist. It’s pretty funny game.
We need a PUBG with these graphics 😅
“Alright guys we only got one take on this let’s get it right”
This is what i was looking farward to some day in the future games need to aim for this but in fantasy RPG shoot em up etc etc
Movement does look like it would be wonky to play... but it looks sorta cool lol
This feels like an on-rail shooting game. Don't think there's going to be much movement freedom.
Nah, you can walk around wherever.
@@KingKiloOfficial are you the dev?
@@SpregioCheeks he's not wrong. Dev has played some of the game running in UE5 to prove it's not fake, and to demonstrate how it plays.
@dolzi no I know? I was just asking. This was before I realized who the dev was, I had so many questions. It's just a refreshing take on the fps. Basically it's a manual control of what the guns do in Golden eye automatically. I love it. The center screen is no longer the point to shoot, but you can move your arms around until you get so far out of the aimbox to turn. That's gonna be super interesting and new for the fps world. Middle mouse click to look around with your head like i do in Tarky. Will take some getting use to but yeah, super fng cool.
@@SpregioCheeks wait that wasn't sarcastic, you were literally asking a rando on RUclips if he was the dev? Feels like you're backtracking after getting your cheeks spread.
Killin ninjaz with goggles on is wild..
I haven’t seen the concept of a moving weapon relative to your camera since golden eye
Unnatural??? This is the most natural looking game I’ve ever seen.
He meant in the sense that will it transfer to natural and smooth controls when actually playing.
He means it looks like scripted cinematic. It doesn't look like someone is controlling the character and aiming the gun.
@@iliilliliiliilliliiliillil9137 ahhhh okay okay I was like bruh 😂
The graphics looks real but the gun movement while firing is not. These people want it to be realistic but dont know how to shoot a gun themselves, i been shooting sense i was 13. You're pistol doesn't jump like that unless you are on of them punks on the streets that shoot with one hand holding the gun above their head
@@iliilliliiliilliliiliillil9137 just for clarification this is a developed style, and it is not scripted. They developed the game in a way where the hands and camera are sorta separate. I’m not totally sure how this works but the dev showed on a Twitter post it is infact how the game is played and not at all scripted movement
To be fair clearing rooms in my gopro looks like that
Looks exactly like when I watch back airsoft games minus the deaths obvs 😂
This was exactly what I was saying. People don't understand game design I swear. If this isn't VR I don't know how this game translates to m+kb with movement like that and it not feeling frustrating.
Pretty sure this style of aiming was popular with really retro games
Someone said something about there being a hidden box where if you try to aim the gun outside its box zone the camera will rotate and if you need to fully control the camera you hold middle mouse. It would definitely take getting used to but definitely a clean experience once your hand eye cords can automate the process!
The weapon movement makes perfect sense. Play Red Orchestra 2 for instance, it had weapon movement like that. It was disconnected from the player viewpoint until you aimed down sights. Not to mention that if it's a single player game, there's nothing stopping the devs from giving you generous aim-assist.
Clearly the cam movements make it more realistic come on doc
The main point you're right. Camera movement. The realistic chest camera movement would conflict with many players needing a static camera movement. That is completely controlled by controller input. Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
The movement and feel just reminds me of a VR game. Maybe that is what it is for I’m not sure but that’s the vibe I’m getting no doubt
nah its actualy fps game, no VR
It does look perfect for vr
That’s how a gun reacts when it shoots it’s not still by any means and follow up shots are the hardest to get consistently accurate. Anyone who’s handled a gun irl would understand that. The game looks incredibly real to me.. I’ve shot pistol competitions and when you peak a corner and shoot a target it looks just like that.. insane.
Especially shooting a duty weapon with them spicy rounds.
Doc just starts sprinting behind the suspect 😂💀
The last thing he said about the way you move and aim was very true
like a delayed sorta thing
For people wandering, the dev used different methods of animation when it came to the camera and gun movement
He recently showed him moving around in the game with mouse and keyboard in engine and posted it on social media
So this movement is something we won't experience unless it eventually gets a planned VR version
My PC is dead when I play unrecorded 💀
"The camera shaking and movement makes it feel unnatural" bro what?
Imagine playing that on Twitch and gettin banned 😂
reminds me of Kane & Lynch.. miss that game on 360
the reason for alot of camera movement ITS A BODY CAM THATS WHY
It’s a poor game design choice is what it is. Cool visually, but this is the reason games aren’t more realistic. Sacrificing game feel for realism is a bad design choice when the goal is to make a fun game.
As a tech demo, this is awesome and ground breaking. As a fully featured game, this wouldn’t work
It reminds me kinda of liek wii aiming in cod games where the reticle isn’t centered at all times
Realistic gun sound 👌🏿
By critiquing the weapon and camera movement I'm guessing Doc has never actually shot a real gun or watched bodycam footage before. Games rarely have very accurate depictions recoil.
It seems by "unnatural" he might have meant "unusual." How does the player control the camera? The movement? Calling for backup? Games typically adhere to the same few bare-bones systems and make slight changes here and there. This one certainly doesn't do that, for better or worse. I'm seeing this now and wondering if the whole 'game' is some sort of glorified movie with quick-time events sprinkled throughout.
A game that looks this real is certainly possible (although some skepticism at this point is more than justified). It seems to me, however, a lot of other aspects of the game will take a hit just to satisfy the desire for crazy graphics.
@@iMind-Juris Apparently it is going to be an fps but with a 'found footage' style POV. Doing it from a body cam angle makes more sense then the usual 'found footage' games because they typically overlook that the character is somehow holding a camcorder while doing all these other things at the same time, a body cam POV eliminates that fallacy.
@@AZ-rl7pg true - it explains the story of how this footage exists in-world in the first place 😅
I'm just interested in seeing how they've ironed out the basic mechanics of the game, especially because of the sort of stuff shown here, you know? Do enemies have AI, or is it just a bunch of triggers for them to perform certain actions as players move around? Can the player move around freely, or are you on a track with extremely limited mobility (and consequently fewer options for cover and such)?
It looks very immersive, and the perspective of the game that you explained certainly adds to that, but it remains to be seen if it will be enjoyable in other ways.
Recoil on the handgun is exactly what it would be like in real life
this is actually how the game is gonna look, dev showed us it wasn’t fake
I miss N64 graphics, Golden Eye is still the gold standard!
Nah, Perfect Dark.
No
H..h...halo
@@hugon6717 Perfect Dark is one of the most visually interesting FPS games out there. On first glance it might look polygonal and dated, but the lighting/reflection effects and striking environments they created on such limited hardware is a marvel. Such a great game. 👌🏻
Looks dope!
It has a soft lock on with the enemies when shooting. It is sorta automatic you just have to adjust where you want the shots to go. Don't ask me how I know this. Just trust me bros.
I thought this was footage of a real life Airsoft match 😂
The game needs NASA pc
Gtx 1650 runs it at 20 fps ....only 8gb card of 1070ti will run it smoothly
I don’t think it’s even most realistic.. it’s just blurry that it works out to look better lol.
It’s like why Lotr is better to watch on VHS on a old tv, it just looks right ❤
You don’t think right

This is actually how the gameplay is going to be. That is literally someone playing a game. The new unreal engine sick.
Actually the engine doesn’t have as much to do with the end product as Epic would like you to believe. This would’ve been achievable on earlier versions of the Unreal Engine, it just would’ve taken more effort on the developer’s end.
Game engines don’t make certain features possible, they just make certain features easier to create.
The movement looks more realistic than always aiming at mid screen like flat screen games. This looks more built for virtual reality, where you can manipulate your hands however you please and look in a completely different direction as you see fit. Please come to psvr2 for the great haptics and adaptive triggers with the sense controllers. This looks like it could be great.
If you have training, that's where your aim is always at. Reflex firing raises that weapon to where your sight is.
@@carminescurse in vr, you can shoot around corners without exposing your body or head. Have you ever played a game in vr?

Unnatural in games, but natural in reality
"Unrealisitic" proves the point that it doesnt matter if you are tall and rich you can still be completely oblivious to the real world
he meant “feel unnatural” as in it would feel foreign/awkward from the perspective of someone that has played contemporary shooters with a stable camera for a long time
He literally said unnatural, proves that you are asinine
A: He said ‘unnatural’ and he was talking about game feel
And B: Since you wanna talk about being oblivious to how the world works, this actually isn’t realistic at all. The graphics look realistic, but the gunplay here is absolutely NOTHING like real combat.. not even close
Personally I love the gameplay and looks like it will take actual skill (having to actually aim with your hands IRL instead of a joystick or mouse) I believe this will be the future of gaming
Is it VR?
@@scottd7222 🤷♂️It should be😁

When things get real it happens fast. For me it's one if two things. Typically Everything slows down and i have plenty of time to think and react. 2. Not so often, everything is a chaotic blur. This video reminds me of that.
We completely forgot about unrecord to play bodycam
It basically looks like youre head is on a slight delay to your hands when you turn sharply
The POV is supposed to be from a body cam. Thats why the camera angle is like this.
It’s cool as a visual spectacle, but it’s a poor gameplay design choice. There’s a reason games aren’t realistic
this game should be made for vr only..it would be cool
And to think there was a time when doom graphics were a controversy
Finally my dream will come true for playing the realistic FPS game.
Yeah, your heavy gear will make you wobble quite a bit in contrast to a mounted bodycam
The smoke out the gun wouldn’t obscure your vision like that IRL
You can see the gun auto-aims to go with the body-cam style
Bro this game isn't even close to being done. It's still in early development.
Kinda looks like some bodycam footage. This is cool
The crazy thing is that this is actually gameplay
