I'm glad I found this video. I've wanted to learn Muay Thai for so long, not only for my health and weight but for self defense. I'm a Muslim woman and Islamaphobia has been on the rise so I've been meaning to learn something to defend myself. I'm genuinely committed and hope to watch more of your videos in the future. Keep at it.

Will be keeping a 3 month track, never excercise before so :
    26-11: done
    27-11:done
28-11:slept before exercising so did the excercise next day as soon as I woke up
30-11:did at 4 am but done
3-12 :I skipped two days coz I joined an academy and I was too busy and tired. It made me lazy too but I practically forced myself to do this yawning and I feel better now :)
4-12:did it after eating (stupid peep)
4-12:did it again before sleeping (feels great)
7-12-ive been skipping because of school
21-12 :back again, I feel the little stamina was lost due to this big break but I'll try to continue daily now!
28-12 been unconsistent but started again
    29-12 done
30-31:hit the punching bag with the techniques
    1-1:rest day
    2-1:done
    3-1: done
Also one thing to note is that I have been skipping or decreasing the warm up of push ups, mountain climbers and star jumps because I can't do push ups and I can only do small number of mountain climbers and star jumps
    4 and 5 : skipped coz I was sick
6- I did it for like 2 hours and I think I have gotten a good hold of the techniques so I started on the channels next video today
13-1:update :I am now able to do the star jumps with them without stopping at all. At the start I wasn't able to complete even half because my kidneys would start burning

Sounds good :) We've had a few new classes that incorporated bag work (which you can ofc still follow along with shadow rounds instead) but will be looking to do another no equipment video soon :)

Something for people to thing about when you do a warm up for any martial art it is in the form of ying and yand for instance neck warm up clockwise the counter clockwise (ying and yang) also thank you for the great muai Thai session I am now a light weight semi pro and I do this pre set before every gym session even if your beyond that skill level it's great for revitalising your core technique and over all core fitness great work man but I must mention as a 4 Yr seasoned fighter you both could do with less dragging of the feet in your movements to minimise energy consumption wile maximising impact in your movements honestly tho great work ( & gal) you have both helped me a lot with just this video alone you 2 are stars keep up the great work 👍👌🌟

    • @diananovgorodska2928

Since you have to balance on your tiptoes, it might be new for your body and calf muscles tense a lot, so continue training and make sure you give muscles a good stretch afterwards
