Thanks for prompting me JB, apparently a Copyright issue. Chivas pushing the 'out of fuel' Torana. Not sure what the go is there as I asked permission from Channel 7 back in the 80's for these copies when I worked there. RUclips gave me the option to trim out the Copyright portion, so I did. Yeah but I guess this was a HDT promo film so they really only talked about their main competition mainly the top 4 or 5 cars and Allan Moffat in particular. The commentary for the actual race telecast would have been different. Additionally if memory serves there was only a couple of Chargers in the race as Chrysler had pulled out.
Still amazes me how there were no big crashes with trucks on the track while the cars were still racing just crazy
