A frag grenade is designed to explode and send pieces of itself in all directions, to kill as many enemies as possible and are lethal up to about 16 feet or 5 meters. An incendiary grenade will explode but it won't be the shockwave of the explosion that will kill or the shrapnel, it's going to spread and set anything within its explosive radius on fire. So, a Molotov Cocktail would be an example of a very simple incendiary device.

The Flying Grayson cancelled poster is referring to Dick Grayson parents being killed and was supposed to be a set for him being adopted by Bruce Wayne and trained as Robin.
