Hi Kerry another way for me to try sweet potato fries. A little tip, when your cooking chicken that has marinate on, line the bottom under your crisper tray and it really helps when cleaning as the honey can be quite sticky. I find it saves a lot of time cleaning. I love making chicken coatings and trying different things to taste. Another great vlog Kerry.

That looked very nice, you did a much better job at cutting the wings than I did the other week when I cooked some 😂 think your fries weren’t crispy because as you said there were too many in the fryer also don’t keep spraying with oil just spray once as the oil soaks in and takes longer to burn off making them soggy. I will be trying that marinade as it looked really tasty.

Hi Kerry this meal looks delicious, a lovely combination. I buy McCains sweet potato crispy fries, you only get 500 gms so they work out expensive.Their coating includes Sunflower oil, Maize and rice flour. They air fry within 10 mins. They don't crisp as much as potato fries. I have never thought of making my own, I will have to try some. Thanks for the video. Eileen

Loving the chicken wings Kerry , we tend to leave the skins on the sweet potatoes and put them into a large freezer bag then add oil and seasoning then flour and give a good shake . Do the same when coating chicken . it coats everything very well and crisps the sweet potatoes lovely . Carry on with the great recipes 😋
