Thank you so much for this bro. As I have been thinking about this storm (I live in the Tampa area) I thought about those on the coast who are experiencing the potential of more catastrophic flooding. I have been praying to Christ to take the sting out of the storm. Many times we don't want to go through the storm because we don't want to be uncomfortable and we want to feel like we are in control. The verses you shared in Philippians 4 remind us that God is in TOTAL control because HE is sovereign. Grace and peace to you and prayers for all those in the storm's path.

Another scripture that comes to mind is Isaiah 43:2. “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” This reminds me that despite the challenges we may face, we are not alone. God will remain with us. May we find comfort in knowing that our Father is always with us, even in our storms! Definitely praying for Florida! God bless brother!
