Really wish they didn't cancel the Amber Ruffin show! I miss all the random musical numbers and fun shenanigans. Amber is so funny she deserves another show!! At the very least we need more Amber Says What segments!
Man I miss that show so much! She was able to share important information while still being hilarious. She is one of the funniest people in the business.
Either she bowed out because of her increased influence on Broadway, or it has something to do with everyone renewing their contracts, or NBC is reserving space for a John Mulaney talk show.
When I think of The Monkey Paw episode of _Tales From The Crypt_, I think their first wish should have been to repair the paw so they could read the quote fully instead of _something, something... deplore.'_

Of all the millions of terrible things NBC has done, cancelling our beloved Amber Ruffin Show is near the top of the list. That show was phenomenal and desperately needed.

Even worse, Raygun and her husband were given the authority by the I.O.C. to conduct the Olympic qualifying competition to determine which Australian athletes would compete in Paris 2024... and her husband was the head judge... and the only Australians competing were the 15 members of their local “break dancing” club.

The first shot of the scene kind of looks like the last supper, but that could be said of a lot of paintings depicting a bunch of people around a table having a meal. But none of the unique characteristics of the last supper match up with that scene: the figure in the middle is wearing a crown, whereas da vinci explicitly drew jesus without one to depict him as a common man, there were around 20 people at that table, versus the 12 disciples depicted in the last supper and none of the poses even matched with the poses of the last supper. It was just a bunch of right wing grifters crying wolf...

As per the historian, the act depicted during the ceremony shows that the "tableau vivant" (living painting) is based on "The Feast of the Gods" by Jan van Bijlert from 1635, which features “Minerva, the goddess of wisdom, and Mars, the god of war, alongside Venus, the goddess of love, who is known for her well-known relationships.” “All in all, this depiction of Bijlerts piece of art seems fitting, since its about the gathering of the Greek gods on mount Olympus and this is where the Olympic games originate,” the expert added.

I've only seen Amber a couple of times on Seth's show. I didn't know she had her own show, which apparently has been canceled. But I can see only great things to come for her in the future. She is smart, hilarious, just a naturally gifted performer. She is a delight to watch.
