Customer called me early morning. She said her PC is not turning on. I asked if its plug in to the wall socket. She said "Oh. I need to plug it in?". hehehe Good times. :D
Thanks to you I have greatly improved my level of repair, every day before going to my workshop I watch your videos 1 or 2 times to be sure of my repairs, thank you again, may life give you health forever
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this happens - really - people assume that because you 'touched' their car, all other faults are yours... Then there's the "you recently changed my battery and since then X is happening" calls - we check we see "recently" was THREE YEARS AGO - yeah - that happens too Then there's the people with no clue - we had a MINI where the fan was running constantly - this happens because the engine has a fault, in this case the engine had several faults and - frankly - was probably not worth repairing BUT the owner only wanted the fan to stop - that's it - the grinding noises from the engine did not bother them, just the fan so I suggested they unplug it and that's the last I heard from them (and their heard the last from theri engine not longer thereafter perhaps!) Customers....
I used to work as an escalation manager for a very large telecom company. I covered the internet/TV/home phone escalations. Most of the people I spoke with were reasonable but about 10% were anything but. I used to absolutely LOVE it when I would get one of these selfish, entitled people ask me "Have you ever heard about the customer always being right?" to which I would give my standard response: "I have an I outright dismiss it. I too am a customer and I promise you there have been MANY times I have been wrong". Most times I would get 10 seconds of stunned silence before they asked "Are you serious?" but occasionally they'd just start screaming, or even better, hang up as if that was going to hurt my feelings. lol Unfortunately most people have never heard the whole saying and they just cherry pick the parts that work for them. The full saying is: The customer is always right in matters of taste.
You're not too old. I thought you said you just turned 50... I turned 70 this year and I'm still doing repairs as a hobby. you have a long way to go yet!
My laptop had a weird issue, after shutting it down it would reboot by itself (a symptom of a dying coil) and while gaming the laptop stopped working at all. I went to repair shop he removed a vram coil, the two mosfets connected to the coil and a total of 12 caps and, didn't bother replacing them.Obviously the gpu stopped working, the rgp on the keyboard had a weird pattern and the CMOS battery stopped working. I didn't bother going back to him so he doesn't miss something else. But that shows that sometimes the repair shops are lazy and can screw things up! At least if the customer is wrong it's from ignorance but if the repair shops are wrong it's from greed and laziness.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

Look at end of marking code number. If it is odd number = this is P-channel mosfet. If it is even number = this is N-channel mosfet. In this video faulty mosfet (6435) last number was 5 = P-channel mosfet.

06:40 "just to be sure that the custom has a fully experience with technicians" 😭😭 I cried 🤣
most common complaint:,,you changed my screen, now my facebook is not working"😂
I always use the garage senario. If you go in for a new exhaust you cant come back a month later and say you have a flat tyre and it must be related 😅
If you give a warranty after repair this is a different scenario.

sometimes customer says, can you check my laptop? no problem on my laptop, just no power only
How is the internal resistance high on the cells with only 150 cycles on the battery, It needs a new battery or not?

How do you identify channel p mosfet
If it is acting as a switch on the positive rail then it's channel P. If it is acting as a switch on the GND then it's channel N
@@Sergiu_K didnt know its that simple
